To determine Wuping province best sowing time and transplanting way, to explore the effects of different climatic conditions on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco, filter out suitable measures of local production of tobacco cultivation. The test is in Wuping county tobacco producing Zhongshan Station and tobacco station in Fujian Provincein 2014--2015, through the analysis of flue-cured tobacco at different growth stages under different seeding and transplanting time and transplanting climatic factors, agronomic traits, nutrient absorption, tobacco climate, dry matter accumulation, economic traits, chemical indicators and chemical composition of tobacco appearance quality and coordination to explore the effects of different climate and environment on tobacco growth and quality of tobacco. The results are as follows:(1) Tobacco root elongation, flourishing and maturing long-term average temperature increase with delayed sowing, early sowing treatment root elongation of average temperature below the temperature range suitable for the growth of tobacco and the United States, the average temperature of Zimbabwe root elongation. Each period rainfall with the sowing date postponed show an increasing trend. Sunshine, field of activity accumulated temperature ?10 ° C is similar to Brazil and Zimbabwe, the relative humidity is higher than the field of foreign high-quality tobacco. The second sowing maturity, the leaf structure and identity score better than other treatments, higher tobacco appearance quality index, transplanted under the membrane to some extent enhance the aesthetic qualities of tobacco, Zhongshan November 25 sowing, sowing Yongping November 30 and membrane transplantation combinations tobacco appearance quality index of the highest, best quality tobacco leaf appearance.
