In view of the current banana Fusarium wilt disease outbreak in the banana cultivation area, has great harm to our banana industry, and the lack of effective measures to prevent the problems of banana Fusarium wilt disease. This study attempts to by changing the soil microbial nutrient environment, optimization of microbial community structure, improve soil microbial diversity and to inhibition of Banana Fusarium wilt of banana infected, so as to reduce the occurrence of Fusarium Wilt of banana, and based on this research and development by amino acids and multi cluster compounds as the main component of biocontrol agents of Bioregulators. Therefore, in the conditions of inoculated Banana Fusarium Wilt, according to the banana growth and disease resistance effect,in odor to verification the biocontrol agents to control Banana Fusarium wilt effect, and screen the optimum usage. Otherwise, through microbial dilution plate counting method and Biolog-ECO plate method detection of banana growth medium in microbial variation and diversity to elucidate the biological regulation formulation of biocontrol mechanism of preparation to control Banana Fusarium Wilt. The main results were as following:1. The growth of banana treated by the Bioregulators have certain promoting effect, and the Bioregulators applying showed banana height, stem diameter, leaf area and fresh weight biomass have increased. In non inoculated Banana Fusarium wilt pathogen and Biocontrol Agents dosage as 0.05%(S2), banana seedlings growth promoting effect of the most significantly, banana treated with Biocontrol Agents dosage as(S2) plant height increased 18%, stem diameter increased by 9%, leaf area increased 3%, banana fresh weight biomass increase of 40% compared without BA dosage as(S0). In the conditions of inoculated by Fusarium wilt pathogen and Biocontrol Agents dosage was 0.5%(S3) treatment, the growth of banana was better than other treatments,so the effect was most significant when the BA dosage with 0.5%.2. The incidence of banana wilt disease and disease index had significantly descended after treated with BA. At the number of( 103cfu/m L) C1 and(106cfu/m L) C2 Banana Fusarium wilt pathogen treatment,and BA dosage as(S3) quantity on Banana Fusarium wilt disease prevention and control effect in the best, during the same period, the incidence of Fusarium Wilt of banana rate than does not use regulator S0 treatment decreased by 75%, the disease index decreased 15.24, disease control effect reached 83%. In the inoculation amount of C2(106cfu/m L) treatment,(S3) treatment compared with the incidence of S0 treatment decreased by 60%, the disease index decreased by 42.86, the prevention disease effect reached at 74%.3. The microorganism in banana growth medium by pour plate method experimental results show that, Quantity of bacteria and actinomycete in banana growth medium after inoculated Banana Fusarium Wilt Pathogen were the most obviously impact, Compared comprehensive showed that the number of fungi is smaller impact. Inoculation volume(C2) treated with the number of bacteria than the non inoculated(C0) treatment decreased by 56%, the number of actinomycetes decreased by 47.01%. By using BA for the medium banana growth, the numbers of bacteria and actinomycetes increased obviously, the number of fungi decreased obviously. The high dosage of application BA(S3) for the treatment of bacterial quantity more 4.60 times than the dosage of application BA(S0) treatment, and actinomycetes increased 1.74 times. The number of fungi in the high dosage of modifier(S3) with respect to(S0) treatment decreased by 58%. The correlation analysis showed that banana fusarium wilt and the quantity of bacteria and Actinomyces are negatively correlated, and positively correlated with the amount of fungi.4. Biolog-ECO Plate experimental results show that modifier dosage(S2)and high dosage(S3) level of the BA, the AWCD value, richness values, Simpson index, Shannon Wiener index were greater than without applied BA(S0) level value. Correlation analysis results also show that the banana growth medium in microbial AWCD value, species richness(richness) index, dominance index(Simpson index and Shannon of Shannon Wiener index and banana fusarium wilt disease occurrence is negatively correlated, and richness index of richness, dominance index(Simpson) and banana fusarium wilt disease index of negative correlation reached significant level.
