Banana Fusarium Wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Cubense(FOC),is one of the most serious soil-borne fungal diseases for banana production in the world. There is a positive correlation between the disease incidence and the population of FOC.At present,a lot of measures are difficult to achieve stable and efficient control effects in the incidence of serious banana groves. Therefore, reducing the population of FOC is the key to prevent the outbreak of Banana Fusarium Wilt.In this study, flooding after rice straw application and rice crop rotation is researched on the soil physicochemical properties, microbial diversity, record the yield of bananas and the control effects of Banana Fusarium Wilt. And study the soil physicochemical properties and the population of FOC under different flooding depth and rice straw levels,in order to provide theoretical support for the prevention of banana wilt. The main results are as follows:(1)After the FOC infested soil incorporated with rice straw and flooding, the soil physicochemical properties are improved and significantly decreased the FOC population. Results showed that compared to the control without rice straw and flooding, flooding and flooding with rice straw significantly decreased soil redox potential,FOC population, but increased soil pH value and the concentrations of organic matter, available phosphorus, available potassium, organic acids and Fe2+.After flooding with rice straw at 3cm and 5 cm for 36 days,FOC populations were significantly reduced to 96.5%and 95.7%,respectively,while flooding alone without rice straw reduced to 80%and 78.3%,respectively.(2)Flooding after rice straw application and rice crop rotation improve the soil physicochemical properties and decreased the FOC population significantly.Compared to the control, the Fusarium oxysporum significantly decreased 84.47%in flooding after rice straw application at 0.5%treatment.(3)Flooding after rice straw application and rice crop rotation show that in the banana growing process, the soil culturable microorganisms gradually increase and the FOC population increase is directly proportional to the increase of fungal pathogens. In the banana havest time, the pathogens population is the lowest when flooding after rice straw application at 0.5%values and rice crop rotation, reduced to 8.3×102CFU/g soil and the disease incidence is 3.23%.However,the disease incidence of control treatment rate up to 46.15%,the flooding treatment is 9.52%,the flooding and rice crop rotation treatment is 8.7%.Whatever,the yield of bananas significantly increased after rice straw application.(4)The results of pyrosequencing show that soil microbial communities at the bacteria phylum level greater than 1%of species composition mainly includes:Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Verrucomicrobia,Actinobacteria,Planctomycetes,Firmicutes,Gemmatimonadetes,Chloroflexi,WPS-2,and the rest were less than 1%.While the highest proportion at 21.73%is Acidobacteria in the field of soil communities is flooding after rice straw application at 0.5%values,meanwhile,at the fungi phylum level, the lowest proportion at 78.69%is Ascomycota. The research results showed that the FOC infested soil incorporated with rice straw and flooding, the soil physicochemical properties are improved and significantly decreased the FOC population.Flooding after rice straw application and rice crop rotation can significantly reduce the disease incidence of banana cropping and has high banana wilt disease groves, rich microbial diversity, improve soil physicochemical properties and increase the yield of banana. From what has been discussed above, flooding after rice straw application and rice crop rotation can prevent and control the banana wilt,it is of great significance to recovery banana produation. |
