| Banana is an important cash crop and food crop in tropical and subtropical regions , which is also important in the world of fruit trade, at the same time, China is also a major producer of banana.Because of the relatively stable economic benefits,the long-term continuous cropping of single banana has seriously restricted the development of banana industry worldwide.Banana wilt disease is the main limiting factor, which is mainly caused by the infection of the special type of Fusarium oxysporum.In the agricultural production, it was found that banana and pepper rotation had a better control effect on Banana Fusarium wilt. In this study , through plant extracts and root exudateswere are used to investigate the mechanism of Banana Fusarium wilt pathogen of banana fusarium wilt , pepper and banana for intercropping , rotation , these three aspects to explore the mechanism of disease resistance.The main results were as follows:1 .The effects of plant extracts and root extracts of banana and pepper on the growth and sporulation of Foc4 were studied by plate experiment.The results showed that:(1)Banana leaf extract has certain inhibitory effect on fusarium oxysporum, 300 mg/ml inhibition rate was 3.62%.The banana stem and bulb extract had a promoting effect on the mycelial growth. The banana root extract on the hyphae with low concentration to inhibit , but high concentration promote the mycelial growth.(2)The higher the concentration, the greater the inhibitory effect of the pepper leaves extract on the hyphae, at the concentration of 300mg / ml, the inhibition rate was 24.92%.(3)The root exudates of banana had a promoting effect on the mycelia, and the root exudates of pepper had a low concentration to inhibit the growth of mycelium, and all of the two had a promoting effect on the sporulation.2.The intercropping effect of banana and pepper was studied by different ways of separation.The results show that the different interval in the intercropping system, the incidence of disease in banana was not found at the end of the growth period of pepper, but banana and capsicum rhizosphere and non rhizosphere soil in the differences between the number of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes.Banana and pepper intercropping significantly increased the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in banana soil and reduced the number of fungi.Banana non intercropping with chili can reduce the rhizosphere soil in the number of fusarium oxysporum.3.By banana and pepper two seasons rotation and fallow potted experiment found that there was no disease incidence of bananas during the experiment,continuous cropping in the second quarter of the number of actinomycetes in the soil are increased, the number of actinomycetes in the soil for the fallow treatment >chili > banana processing, the number of actinomycetes in soil soil fallow treatment is 1.4 times.Pepper cultivation and fallow soil polyphenol oxidase in the soil and the activity of sucrase was significantly higher than that of banana processing, planting two consecutive season, banana, pepper, fallow treatment in soil soil urease and alkaline phosphatase activity of no significant difference; Crop rotation pepper and fallow treatment can improve the soil pH. |
