1. We must understand the role of nitrate bacteria in nitrogen decomposition process, features and the mutual influence between each other firstly if we want to control nitrogen in the soil.This test in the flue-cured tobacco main reproductive period,gathering the root zone soil of tobacco plant under four types organic fertilizer processing in flue-cured tobacco main reproductive period.Their nutrient content,microbial populations for nitrogen transformation function, intensity of ammoniation, nitrification intensity and urease activity were studied.The results show that the plant tobacco soil’s available nutrient content, enzyme activity and other indexes were higher under oil dry processing in flue-cured tobacco vigorous growing period, to create a more conducive to soil nutrient mineralization of the ecological environment.Oil dry and straw processing had higher nutrient content than other processing in the flue-cured tobacco maturity.They were not conducive to flue-cured tobacco become yellow.The growth period of flue-cured tobacco, the change of the soil biological activity analysis showed that nitrosation bacteria, aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria number upped to the maximum in 70 day,and in addition to the fertilization of chemical fertilizer treatment, the number of ammonifying bacteria with organic fertilizer processing reached the maximum value in 70 day.Soil organic matter and nitrogen content and nitrogen transformation of bacteria was a good positive correlation, especially the number of ammonifying bacteria.Clusters of ammoniation bacteria had greater effects on the nutrient decomposition in the process of organic fertilizer.Second nitrosation bacteria in the process of organic nitrogen fertilizer decomposition effect was obvious.2. We need to add nitrogen decomposition activity stronger bacteria agent in order to accelerate the decomposition of organic nitrogen in organic fertilizer.Ammonifiers, nitrosation bacteria decomposition of nitrogen effect is particularly significant.I adopted the method of isolation and purification of bacterial species.Using ammonifying bacteria, nitrosation bacteria isolation medium isolated advantage bacterium group from four different types of organic fertilizer processing.Analysis found that most of the advantages of strains were separated from the organic fertilizer processing.Based on the strain liquid culture sampling measurement,strains of ammoniation advantage are Naxibacter sp. 、 Massilia brevitalea、Stenotrophomonas rhizophila、Bacillus pumilus、Burkholderia cepacia. Through the indoor test of fresh maize straw and chicken manure heap the change trend of effective state of nitrogen content in the process of corrosion can be preliminarily determined.At the end of the straw manure composting effective state of nitrogen had a tendency to increase.Chicken manure composting ammonium nitrogen had a tendency to increase,the nitrate nitrogen had a tendency to reduce.Adding compound microbial agents, had effective state of nitrogen loss reduction.Ammonium nitrogen content increased in the minimum was the manure pile no fungus agent processing in 30 d than 5d,increased19.3%.Reduction of nitrate nitrogen content the manure pile was the biggest also no fungus agent processing,nitrate content 30 d lower than the 5 d 43.34%.According to ammonium nitrogen content changed,Chicken manure, organic manure heap of straw rotten inoculation amount to 1%, at the end of the composting ammonium nitrogen content in the highest.According to the content of nitrate nitrogen, the straw manure quantity of 0.5%, chicken manure composting inoculation quantity was 1%, at the end of the composting ammonium nitrogen content in the highest.4. We need to use nitrogen decomposition bacterium agent to adjust the speed ofthe decomposition of organic nitrogen and process to make organic fertilizer processing plant tobacco soil in the flue-cured tobacco growth in long-term maintaining high nitrogen content, effective state of flue-cured tobacco growth and mature to maintain low organic matter, nitrogen content, make the flue-cured tobacco on yellow. Application field test study was screened from tobacco root zone soil nitrogen transformation composite functional bacteria agent application effects of the different add period.Through analyzing the index of growth period of flue-cured tobacco planting tobacco soil,the results show that adding the bacterium agent was beneficial to the decomposition of the total nitrogen in the soil,was advantageous to the flue-cured tobacco growth vigorous state of inorganic nitrogen increased.It kept the flue-cured tobacco maturity nitrogen and organic matter content lowed in the flue-cured tobacco maturity.Adding compound microbial agents and effective to solve the problem of straw decomposition,at the same time to improve total potassium content of flue-cured tobacco.The alkali nitrogen ratio, alkali than sugar, sugar nitrogen ratio were also in the range of yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
