| Application of transplanting technology can increase production,prevent disaster,shorten the crop time etc.,which was widely used on tobacco growing.Our country tobacco introduced floating seedling.After the completion of seedlings nursery,seedlings were transplanted to field.In order to successfully grow seedlings,Transplanting the same time need fertilizers,However,most of transplanting machinery have a single function,integration of transplanting and fertilizing can not be achieved.We need to purchase fertilize machinery so that it increases cost and reduces the efficiency.The inward physical characteristics,seedling-standing ratio,spacing variation and planting leak ratio of seedlings are all important factors affecting the performance of transplanting.The increased rate of planting leak and spacing variation,accompanied the decreased ratio of seedling-standing has limited the application and promotion of mechanized transplanting.Based on domestic and foreign semi-automatic transplanting and performance survey,combined with the physical characteristics of seedlings,the main function of transplanting and fertilizer are analyzed and researched.Pro/E,ADAMS and Matlab software are used to achieve target that improve seedling-standing ratio,reduce spacing variability and leakage ratio.Transplanting and fertilizer,that is the core components of machine,are made structural design,simulation and orthogonal experiment to derermine the main factors affecting the performance of transplanting so that optimal combinations are obtained.The study aimed to analyze and solve problems,that include low versatility,weight and independence of transplanting and fertilizing,thus reducing labor intensity and improving mechanism of versatility.It can provide experimental and theoretical basis for the optimization of the structure and performance parameters.Main contents:(1)Study on seedlings physical characteristics:Conduct understanding of the physical characteristics.Introduce floating seedling and select seedling tray.Plant seedlings after filling the matrix.In order to provide the selection of planting,Ensure a good state of growth after transplanting seedlings by physical properties test.(2)The whole plant design and kinematic analysis.Main content:Transmission scheme,driveline and transplanting fertilization design.In order to ensure good seedling-standing after transplanting,wheel casing,investment device and drum casing are designed.Cam profile is stringent required so that to ensure beak open and closetimely.Kinematic analysis of the content:Chain transmission analyze to ensure smooth transmission.Transplanter trajectory analyze and establish mathematical model,to achieve zero speed casting and anchor reasonable choice.Fertilization agencies is made kinematic analyzed to get the angle of linkage effecting mechanism motion.(3)Simulation analyze of the core components of transplanting and high-speed camera verify.Main content:Transplanter motion simulation analyze to determine the best way forward speed.High-speed camera shoot prototype to determine speed of the locomotive under optimal conditions,at the same time verify the simulation results.Get the trajectory of the duckbill when the locomotive move.Analysis of the link angle changing that affect the size of mizoguchi and depth.(4)Experimental research.Main content:Single factor and orthogonal experiments are made to determine the main factors that influence test index.Seedling-standing ratio is improved,the coefficient of variation and spacing variation are reduced by field experiments. |
