Tobacco is an important economic crop in China,which plays an important role in agricultural production and makes important contributions to national revenue increase.Transplanting is one of the key processes in the current production of flue-cured tobacco.Today,flue-cured tobacco is mainly transplanted artificially,with a support of semi-automatic mechanical transplanting at home and abroad.However,the efficiency of artificial transplanting is low,which is not conducive to large-scale planting;Meanwhile,the semi-automatic mechanical transplanting is influenced by the rate of artificial seedling feeding,which restricted the working efficiency of machine tools so that the economic benefit is not obvious.With the adjustment of agricultural industry structure in China,it is the inevitable trend of development to plant flue-cured tobacco in a large-scale and intensive way.Therefore,it is very important to improve the mechanized production of flue-cured tobacco.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the research status on transplanting machinery development in dry land at home and abroad,combining with the agronomic characteristics and requirements of the transplanting flue-cured tobacco seedlings in China,this article develops an automatic slideway type flue-cured tobacco seedling transplanting mechanism that can meets requirements of ideal trajectory.With a high degree of automation,the mechanism can complete three functional actions of picking,sending and planting seedlings together.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.?1?According to the physical characteristics of tobacco seedlings grown in seedling tray and the agronomic requirements of flue-cured tobacco planting,the movement trajectory of the transplanting mechanism that meets the requirements of low speed seedling extraction and zero speed planting was determined,and the working principle of the mechanism was determined,and the structure design of the transplanting mechanism that could achieve the movement trajectory was completed.?2?The mathematical model and kinematics model of the transplanting mechanism are established,and the motion laws of each component are analyzed,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration equations are solved.Based on the established model and the visual programming development platform Visual Basic 6.0,the"computer aided optimization design software for the automatic slideway type flue-cured tobacco seedling transplanting mechanism"was developed independently.?3?The computer aided optimization design software was used to optimize the structural parameters of the mechanism,and a set of better structural parameters to which meet the requirements of the ideal transplanting trajectory were obtained:L1=272mm,L2=285mm,L3=60mm,GJ=60°.According to the structural parameters,the overall design of the automatic slideway type flue-cured tobacco seedling transplanting mechanism was carried out,the modeling and assembly of transplanting mechanism was completed by Solidworks2015 software.?4?The kinematics simulation analysis of digital prototype model of slideway type flue-cured tobacco seedling transplanting mechanism was completed by using Adams2010 software.Compared the relative and absolute motion trajectory and planting arm splint tip velocity and acceleration curves with the theoretical analysis of computer aided optimization design software results,compared to which verify the rationality of the structural design of the transplanting mechanism.?5?According to the design drawings,complete the processing and manufacturing of the physical prototype and the construction of the test platform.The single factor and quadrature rotation combination design test are carried out on the main factors affecting the effect of the transplanting mechanism,the test results are analyzed to determine the optimal combination of factor levels:when the length of the splint plate is 40mm and the angle value is 135°,the rotation speed of the transplanter is in the range of 7.28.7r/min,and the feed angle is in the range of67°76°.At this time,the seedling success rate is more than 95%,and the seedling upright degree is more than 82°,which provide a reference for further research on automatic slideway type flue-cured tobacco seedling transplanting mechanism.
