This article determination of carotenoid content,the lipoxygenase?LOX?activity and other traits of 174 wheat varieties?lines?,use analysis of variance,the relevant and cluster analysis to understand the differences between varieties and quality traits;15 wheat varieties planted in five locations in Anhui Province were selected as the materials to test the carotenoids contents,lipoxygenase activity,whiteness and some other qualities traits,to investigate the genotype,environment and genotype × environment interaction on the impact of wheat carotenoid content,LOX activity,whiteness and other quality traits;F1 of the 10 complete diallel cross combinations as materials,the determination of the content of carotenoids,LOX activity,whiteness and other quality traits,analysis of the combining ability.The main results are as follows: 1?The difference of the carotenoids contents,lipoxygenase activity,protein contents,wet-gulten contents,starch contents and grain were highly significant among the 174 wheat varieties?lines?.Show that the effects of genotype was important to them.The means of carotenoids contents,lipoxygenase activity,protein contents,wet-gulten contents,starch contents and grain were 2.19mg·kg-1,179.41AU·min-1·g-1,17.29%,62.46%,39.29% and 35.76 g.Based on longest distance?Euclidean distance?method,the carotenoids contents,lipoxygenase activity,protein contents of 174 wheat varieties could be clustered into 4 major groups.Correlation analysis showed that the carotenoids contents was related with lipoxygenase activity,protein contents,wet-gulten contents,starch contents and grain.Carotenoid content and starch contents was highly significant negative correlation;Protein contentsand wet-gulten contents were highly significant positive correlation.2?By Analysis of carotenoids contents,lipoxygenase activity,whiteness and some other qualities traits of whole flourl which in Anhui Province,the five ecological point of 15 wheat varieties?lines?materials,and to investigate the genotype?G?,environment?E?and G × E interaction on the impact of the carotenoids contents,LOX activity,whiteness and some other qualities traits.The results showed that the variances of genotypic and environmental were significant in carotenoid contents and other quality traits.CAR,protein,Wet-gluten and starch content traits,E variation>G variation.In LOX activity,L value,A value,B value,whiteness and other qualities traits,G variation>E variation.Theeffects of genotype and environment were important to CAR and some qualities.Meanwhile,G×E variances should not be ignore.3?Analysis of variance for 10 complete diallel cross combinations of carotenoids content,LOX activity,whiteness and other quality traits,The results show that: the variances of cross combinations were significant in carotenoid contents,LOX activity and other quality traits,show the significant genetic differences between various characters in combination.The various characters of GCA and SCA test have reached level between Combinations,illustrate the performance of F1 hybrids were significant affected by male and female parent.The highest heritability of Wet-gluten was 99.67%,the higher heritability of Break down was 99.35%,the lowest heritability of LOX activities was 75.06%;and Huaimai20× Yumai50 is the good combination in SCA effect of carotenoid content,Yumai50 × Yannong5158 and Wankang18 × Wanke700 is the good combination in SCA effect of LOX activity,the good performance combination of Whiteness SCA effect is Huaimai20 × Yumai50 and Wankang18 × Yannong5158,the good performance combination of Near infrared parameters SCA effect is Wankang18 × Huaimai20,Wankang18 × Wanke700,and Huaimai20 × Yannong5158,the good performance combination of RVA parameters SCA effect is Wankang18 × Huaimai20,Yumai50 × Wanke700 and Huaimai20 × Yumai50.It shows that Wankang18 × Yannong5158 and Huaimai20 × Yumai50 is the good combination of carotenoids content and whiteness SCA effect,Wankang18 × Wanke700 is the combination whibh performance good in LOX activity and near-infrared parameters SCA effect.
