Subtropical regions are the main areas for tea planting in China, and subtropical red hill are significant for tea production. It is necessary to investigate the fertilization structure on ecological effects of tea plantations, and offer some theories for high quality, safety, effective production of tea.Research was performed in Feiyue Organic tea demonstration base of Xiangfeng Tea Factory, a typical subtropical red hill, at the hundred mile tea industries in Changsha County, Hunan province. The research was contrast test in filed and designed sixteen treatments as follows, no fertilizer and high-middle-low three different nitrogen levels which every level contains 100% organic fertilizer(OF),75% OF+25% inorganic fertilizers (IF),50% OF+50% IF,25% OF+75% IF,100% IF. After the test was performed, influences of fertilization structures on organic matter and nitrogen in soil, tea quality and yield were investigated. Results showed that:1?Comprehensive spring tea yield and quality, fertilization could improve the bud-density and 100-bud weight and yield. The more Nitrogen (N), the better (must be equipped with organic fertilizer which contented more than 50%, because high-N 100%IF would lead to cuts), the more OF, the better. For the tea quality, tea polyphenols in high-N were significantly different from the group middle-N. Amino acids, TP/AA ratios, caffeine improved a lot in group middle-N and had similar results in group high-N. For the different proportions of IF and OF in the same nitrogen levels, there was no obvious rule, but 75% OF and 100% OF processed to be slightly better than the others.2?Fertilization could significantly reduce the summer tea polyphenols and TP/AA ratios, improve amino acids and caffeine and the summer tea quality. The rules were similar to the spring tea, indicating good repeatability. It is noteworthy that 75% OF and 100% OF in spring tea processing were just slightly better than the others but not significantly. In the test results of summer tea, we can see the difference has reached significantly.3?Fertilization could significantly improve the tea garden soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen. The best effect of organic matter and total nitrogen was 75% OF,100% OF followed.100% IF was best for the available nitrogen,75% OF followed. But the combination of spring tea yield analysis,100% IF in high-N reduced yield because of the concentration of available nitrogen was too high. Comprehensive view, the effect of 75% OF in high-N was best.
