With the development of modern agriculture,the use of chemical fertilizer has become indispensable for the high yield of agriculture,but the irrational application has also caused many problems.The combined application of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer can reflect the interaction of the combination of the two kinds of fertilizer,and fully make up for the deficiency of the single application of chemical fertilizer.In this study,with millet as the test crop through field experiment,the effects of applying organic and inorganic compound fertilizer on improving soil properties and promoting crop growth in Yanshan Hill dry farming area compared with equal nutrient fertilizer and equal price compound fertilizer,as well as the fertilization effects of different fertilizer dosage,provide theoretical basis and technical support for the promotion and application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer.The main results are:1.Applying organic and inorganic compound fertilizer can increase soil nutrient content.In the whole growing period of millet,the soil alkali-hydrolyzing nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter with the application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer increased by 16.16%,14.77%,7.87%and15.78%,respectively,compared with the same nutrient fertilizer.From the point of view of the application rate of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer,soil available phosphorus gradually increased with the increase of the application rate of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer,the application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer 1200kg/hm~2(YW5)treatment reached the highest,while the content of soil alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen,available potassium and organic matter showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer 750 kg/hm~2(YW3)treatment reached the highest.2.Application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer can improve soil enzyme activity.Compared with the application of the same nutrient fertilizer,soil sucrase,alkaline phosphatase and urease increased by 9.45%,23.34%and 8.35%,respectively,during the whole growth period.The activities of sucrase,alkaline phosphatase and urease in soil treated with different amounts of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer increased first and then decreased with the increase of fertilizer amount,and the activities of each enzyme were the highest with the application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer 975kg/hm~2(YW4).There was no significant difference in soil catalase activity between different fertilization treatments.3.Application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer can promote the growth of millet.Compared with the application of equal nutrient fertilizer,the application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer could significantly increase the yield of millet by 5.87%.The improvement of the quality of millet significantly increased the vitamin B1in the nutritional quality and the gum consistency in the eating quality of millet,which increased by 23.91%and 6.53%,respectively.The agronomic characters and panicle characters of millet were also improved to some extent,but there was no significant difference.According to the application amount of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer,the agronomic traits,panicle traits,yield and other growth indicators of millet increased with the increase of the application amount of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer,but decreased with the increase of the application amount,and reached the highest value with the application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer of 975kg/hm~2(YW4).Different fertilization treatments had little effect on SPAD value of millet leaves,and there was almost no significant difference in the whole growth period.4.Applying organic and inorganic compound fertilizer can improve the economic benefit of millet.Compared with the application of equal nutrient fertilizer and equal price compound fertilizer,the net output value increased by 242.03 yuan/hm~2and 1139.14 yuan/hm~2respectively.The net output value was the highest when organic and inorganic compound fertilizer was applied at 975 kg/hm~2(YW4).According to the regression model,the maximum yield fertilizer amount of millet was 691.5 kg/hm~2and the optimal economic fertilizer amount was 495.07 kg/hm~2.According to the economic analysis of fertilizer application with different R values,the fertilizer application with R=0.20 in agricultural production is more appropriate,which is 455.79 kg/hm~2.In conclusion,the application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer can improve the soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity in the fertilization area,effectively improve the crop growth environment,so as to promote the growth of millet,increase the yield of millet,improve the quality of millet and improve the economic benefits of millet.The effects of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer on millet production were different under different application amounts.Therefore,reasonable application of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer can provide a good growing environment for millet production and improve economic benefits.
