| With the accelerated process of urbanization in China, the urban construction is rapidly building and development.At the same time,it also brought the phenomenon of water and soil erosion.The preparation and implementation of water and soil conservation plan can effectively control, reduce the loss of soil and water.But the actual survey found that the differences between the monitoring actual quantity and the design quantity of the soil and water conservation.Analysis of the reasons are conducive to the standardization of the preparation of the program and ensure the completion,and better service for the prevention and control of soil erosion.This paper takes Daxing District biological medicine base east No.70505-052/055 project, Zhongguancun Changping Science Park Eastern District two 0303-55 project and Yan West Lake Convention and Exhibition Center project as examples,and summarizes the characteristics of soil erosion during the construction of real estate projects.From temporary measures for soil and water conservation,storage and utilization of rainwater,the topsoil stripped and water conservation investment in four aspects,the author uses the comparative analysis method to compare differences between the monitoring actual quantity and the design quantity of the soil and water conservation.On this basis, this paper analyzes the causes of the differences and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main research contents are as follows:(1) The general characteristics of soil and water loss in real estate projects are summarized.The total soil loss of the three projects were 153.7t,402.65t and 319.07t,respectively.The amount of soil loss in construction period was 150.29t,393.13t,306.04t,and the loss of soil in natural restoration period was 3.41t,9.52t,13.03t..It mainly occurred in the period of construction, while the mount of the soil and water loss is relatively small in operation period.And temporary pile soil area is the most serious soil erosion area.(2) The actual implementation of the provisional measures for water and soil conservation is less than the design plan.The first two project of desilting basin were reduced by 3 seats,1 seats;and temporary drainage ditches were reduced by 300m,1687m.The imperfect laws and regulations,the neglect of temporary measures of prevention,and irrational design of soil and water conservation plan lead to the implementation of temporary measures are not in place.In view of this situation,the author recommends to further improve the corresponding laws and regulations,improve the importance of temporary measures to prevent and control,and strengthen technological innovation to design practical and feasible temporary control measures.(3)The analysis on the utilization of rainwater storage.Compared with the design of the scheme,the water permeable bricks were reduced by 3714m2,12963.3m2,12112m2;the paving of brick and tile was reduced by 752m2,7175m2,6640m2.Because the construction sides do not attach importance to rainwater collection and reuse,and the standard design of the program is too high,which led to the rain flood utilization rate of real estate projects is not up to standard.(4) The topsoil soil without stripping or stripping volume thickness.In the first two projects, the implementation of the project was reduced by 5090m3,3840m3,Yan West Lake Convention and Exhibition Center without stripping.This paper analyzes reasons for the topsoil soil without stripping or stripping volume unreasonable,including imperfect laws and regulations, unreasonable design of topsoil stripping volume and thickness,the lack of enthusiasm for the implementation and the lack of technical specifications.These problems will lead to the waste of land resources.(5) To analyze the reasons lead to actual investment project approval of investment or increase or decrease,mainly including:measures are not in place or the change of measure,lack of scientific and reasonable of the Investment estimate and Compilation standards are not uniform and other reasons. |
