| CGNPC Fuxinde wind power plant was located in Fumeng city, which owned afragile ecological environment. It was seated in the northwest of Liaoning province. And the water and soil erosion were relatively serious in the study area. Therefore, thesoil and water conservation evaluation work is an important thing in the constructionproject, which is not only to concern the people’s livelihood, but also to play animportant role in the national economy and social development. In this paper, according to the existing data and site conditions of the wind powerplant, the evaluation, prediction, prevention and monitoring work on the soil andwater conservation in the studied area were completed. The main research content wasas the followings:(1)The prediction and evaluation on the soil erosion and its control ranges inthe construction project such as the occupation of land, excavation-fill balancing, andengineering construction. Under the premise that to meet the need of construction, tominimize the temporary use of land, effectively reduce the scope and construction ofsoil and water loss caused by the construction disturbance;(2)The prediction range, methods and parameters were confirmed. The scope, amount and its harm of soil and water loss were forecasted. In the forecast period, thequantity of the soil and water loss was655.41t at the regional geomorphic feature inthe study area. If no measures were adopted, the possible quantity of the water andsoil loss could come to1508.03t, the increment was929.62t.(3)Aim at five preventing areas which contains the wind turbine unit, thebooster station, the pit road, the collecting power lines and the temporary constructionusing land, three aspects of measures were set up including engineering measures, plant measures, temporary measures, which come into being a comprehensivesystem of the prevention and control of soil and water conservation measures.(4)According to the prediction results of the water and soil loss, six aspects ofthe controlling measures were explicated: Disturbance rate of land management, Soilerosion degree of governance, Water and soil loss control ratio, Debris retaining ratio,Vegetation recovery coefficient and Grass coverage coefficient, which lay afoundation for the following water and soil conservation. |
