China grassland resources is rich, where has many kinds of natural grassland and 392.83 million hectares, accounting for 41% of the territorial area. Grassland resources are not only the important production goods of the economic development of minority in outlying district and of grassland animal husbandry, but also the green barrier of China. However, there are various disasters happened in the main grassland area of China, those disasters bring huge losses to the development of husbandry, people’s lives and grassland ecosystem, in which the fire disasters have significant influence on people’s lives so that the influential factor of the grassland fire has become research hotspot, many domestic and foreign researchers develop their researches from different perspect.This paper focuses on Eastern Part of Inner Mongolia, analyzing the influence of snow on the grassland fire from 2000 to 2014 by statistical analysis, spatial analysis, analysis of the intensity of human activity and other methods, and getting the following results:(1) Through extracting high, medium and low confidence level fire point from the MODIS product data-M0D14A1 and MYD14A2, and then filtering by land use data of 2010, grassland fire points in study area nearly 15 years. Were acquired there were a total of 7136 times grassland fire, fire occurrences showed a decreasing trend, in which the ratio of spring and autumn grassland fire was larger, accounting for 55.89% and 26.32% of all fire points, respectively. In space, grassland fire occurred relatively more in Hulun Buir than in Xing’an League, Tongliao and Chifeng City,in some areas,no grassland fire happened nearly 15 years.(2)The snow area and depth in Eastern Part of Inner Mongolia nearly 15 years were acquired by analyzing MODIS component of the snow coverage product data-MOD10A2 in eight days and the snow depth data in stations that were interpolated by Kriging. We find that there was a increasing tendency in snow area, the more domain of the snow depth focus on Hulun Buir city, and the snow depth decreases with the reduction of latitude.(3) We find that the grassland usage in the middle eastern part of Hulun Buir City was larger, expressing the impact of human factors on grassland fire was large by using the level of land usage in unit grassland area, which shows the extent of the impact of human activities on land usage in various counties. Consequently, the points of the prairie fire in Hulun Buir is more than other three leagues and cities in the southern, Even though the temperature in the region is lower than that in the south of the three regions, the LSWI is larger, but the number of grassland fire points in Hulun Buir city is more than that of the other three cities in the southern region.(4) We find that the occurrences of the grassland fires in the spring are diminished with the increase of the snow area, by analyzing the impact of snow on the grassland fire in north and south. Snow depth was negative correlation with the density distribution of the grassland fire in spring, and the relevance was different in north and south, the relevance was evident in north, suggesting that the more domain of snow depth had a smaller number of the grassland fire in spring. There was a positive correlation between snow depth and the spatial density distribution of the grassland fire in autumn, and the relevance was evident in south than north, which indicates the more domain of snow depth had more points of the grassland fire in autumn.(5) The reason of the snow and the grassland fires in spring was negative correlated is that there was positive correlation between snow and spring LSWI, while LSWI and temperature are important factors affecting the occurrence of the grassland fire, The increase of LSWI and the decrease of temperature would inhibit the occurrence of grassland fire to a certain extent. The reason of snow and the grassland fire in autumn was positive correlation is that LSWI solves the problem of water shortage and drought in spring, and promotes the growth of vegetation, resulting in greater fuel capacity in autumn. so the more domain of snow depth has more grassland fire in autumn, and there were fewer grassland fire conversely, the region where snow depth and NDVI have positive correlation in south has less grassland fires.
