In recent years, with the continuous optimization of the adjustment of agricultural structure, orchards and greenhouse production has been rapid development. Its production structure is becoming mature, the planting area and yield increased steadily. Small agricultural machinery plays an important role in the management of the orchard and the greenhouse. But it requires manual operation site traditional small agricultural machinery. Poor working conditions, high labor intensity and low security has become a major production problems.Therefore, an intelligent study of small-scale agricultural machinery is an effective way to orchards and greenhouses efficiency of the section.This paper is based on the analysis of domestic and foreign agricultural machinery control on the research and development. This study designed a multi-function remote control operation machine. The focus of this study is to research on the control system of the remote monitoring system and adaptive PID accelerator.The main research contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) The construction of mechanical and hydraulic control system is completed. It provides the control and enforcement agencies for the remote control system. Optimization design of the compact body can be applied to places such as greenhouse operation and dwarf orchard. The hydraulic actuator is controlled by the solenoid valve. It has the advantages of quick response and reliable execution. The hydraulic actuator can be conveniently applied to the remote control system of the operating vehicle.(2) A remote video surveillance system based on Visual C++ is designed and developed..The system includes a secondary development SDK-based PC monitoring center software,and the design of wireless signal transmission network based on heartbeat mechanism set up.At the same time, it also includes the design of the lower computer system. The system adopts the method of wireless microwave to send and receive signals. The real-time and reliable transmission of the remote control signal can be achieved by the custom communication protocol. By testing the remote control distance can reach more than 300 m.(3) In this paper, we designed the intelligent accelerator controller. It takes the electric push rod as the executing agency. According to the engine speed difference, and the fuzzy PID control method, optimization design of throttle control system is carried out. A discrete mathematical model of fuzzy PID control is established. The fuzzy PID is simulated andanalyzed by using Matlab/Simulink toolbox. The simulation results show that this method has the characteristics of fast response, good robustness and small overshoot.
