With the improvement of people’s living standard and the progress of science and technology, rapid development of protected agriculture is developing rapidly,has become a highlight of modern agriculture.Combined with our country production requirements of protected agriculture and the growth characteristics of greenhouse’s plant, the article design a small greenhouse rail vehicle. Through control system,the rail vehicle can move freely on the rail and lift freely,which will help people finish diffrrent time work and different types work,such as vine tieing、crossing、picking shipping and etc.As the auxiliary machinery, it can help people reduce the labor intensity effectively, improve work efficiency and the mechanization and intelligent level of protected agriculture.The main contents of the paper including(1)Based on the greenhouse actual production needs,the article completes the greenhouse rail vehicle overall scheme design.Greenhouse rail vehicle mainly includes power part, mechanical part and control part, drive part is composed of battery, drive motor and hydraulic power pack. Working part by hydraulic lifting system, walking system, manned workbench and chassis frame, etc;control system mainly includes the circuit layout and selection of electronic components, etc.(2)Based on Solidworks2011 to complete the design of the mechanical system for the whole vehicle, and stress analysis of the key components.The machine mechanical design mainly includes shear fork design, longitudinal traveling gear design, design of the transverse walk device, the design of the lifting mechanism and the design of the hydraulic cylinder,then finish overall mechanical assembly.The stress analysis of key components includes shear fork arm and pin shaft stress calculation and checking calculation, at the same time the ANSYS static analysis was carried out on the shear fork arm;(3)On the basis of working conditions, load and stress analysis results, finished the key parts of dynamic system design, parameter calculation and selection, including selection speed and power of longitudinal drive motor, the power of hydraulic system of hydraulic power pack, rotational speed, tank capacity and system flow, etc; according to the identified parameters, the text completes selection of drive motor, hydraulic power pack, and power supply design;completed the transmission way of selection and parameter calculation.(4)Through the analysis of working process of the greenhouse rail vehicle, completed the design of control system.Drawing the control flow chart,and selecting the suitable control element, then the text designs reasonable control device,which realizes the staff to control of the vehicle on manned operation platform;(5)Completed production and debugging of the rail vehicle prototype and validation test.Testing to determine level of the rail vehicle speed in the direction of the size, weight lifting speed and weight decreasing speed.At the same time, the test tests vibration of greenhouse rail vehicle.Results show that the vehicle is in good condition,which meets the design and actual requirements.
