China is a producer of mutton and mutton products. In recent years,the way of breeding mutton sheep in China gradually changes from traditional and scattered farming mode to the modern, large-scale, automatic and intelligent model.So the farms of mutton sheep about information management is very important. To improve the breeding efficiency of mutton sheep to the largest extent, we develop the mutton sheep breeding management system.At the same time the system could reduce production cost, improve the level of breeding and guarantee the quality of mutton sheep.At present, frequent security incident about meat products on the market cause great threat to people's health and safety. In order to enable consumers to the mutton products for traceability queries and mutton products operators to monitor and supervise the quality of mutton, we develop the mutton traceability system.Although there are a lot of mutton sheep breeding management system and meat product traceability system, but there is no system which combined with mutton sheep breeding management system and mutton traceability system. In order to not only improve the mutton sheep breeding efficiency and quality of mutton products, but also convenient consumer and mutton sheep operator, we need to develop a mutton sheep breeding management and traceability platform.In this paper, by analysing a large number of literature and induction, summarized the general way of traceability is traceability chain. There are two disadvantages,one is that when traceability chain is broken, traceability function will not be able to continue; The other is that When reverse back, only by the current enterprise forward back the information of an enterprise, backtracking efficiency is too low. So this article development to realize the function of longitudinal realizing traceability platform, broke the traditional mode of the traceability chain, both solved the problem of the positive tracking traceability chain, and reduces the coupling between businesses, to solve the problem of low efficiency of the reverse back.The development of this platform using the current popular Java Web development platform, this paper adopts the idea of software engineering methods and techniques, the mutton sheep breeding management and traceability platform carries on the analysis, design,development, implementation and testing, the concrete content includes:(1) Build Platform ArchitectureIn this paper, using Ext JS framework technology and reception struts2, Spring and Hibernate framework background technology to design the platform architecture, architecture from down to up can be divided into the data storage layer, data access layer, business logic layer, control layer and view layer, based on the architecture of Java EE technology to achieve the data communication between the five levels, completed the mutton sheep breeding management and the building of the platform architecture.(2) Development of Mutton Sheep Breeding Management SystemThis article is based on the ideas of software engineering method for mutton sheep breeding management system users and function analysis, through the use case diagram of UML technology to the system user roles in use case analysis, through the flow chart of the system function of business process analysis in detail, and based on the MVC design ideas, points model layer, control layer and view layer, the mutton sheep breeding management subsystem is implemented the function of each module, finally completed the development of mutton sheep breeding management system.(3) Development of Traceability SystemAccording to the actual demand for mutton traceability queries, analysis to determine the traceability subsystems of user and function. Users can be divided into system administrators,customers, related circulation enterprises and government regulators. Through use case diagram of UML technology for each role, use case analysis through the specific flow chart of the detailed analysis of the business, the traceability subsystems function finally, based on MVC design idea, the model layer, control layer and view layer design can realize the function of the system.Analysis based on the EPC coding rules determine the encoding of the traceability system back to the source code and standards, based on XML and JSON related technologies,analysis the transmission of the data transmission process and, finally completed the development of traceability subsystems.(4) Design to Realize Web Service InterfaceOf Web Service technology in the platform, the realization of the platform and communication function between the various enterprises. The communication data format using XML format and JSON format, communication protocol using SOAP, description language using WSDL, communication methods using the RPC remote procedure calls and messaging two ways. Web Service interface design for data exchange between different application solutions, even for the whole platform between multiple enterprise business process and data provides a general mechanism.Mutton sheep of healthy aquaculture scientific management to improve the breeding efficiency, reduce production cost has a very important role. Through this platform to use modern information technology to realize mutton sheep science and health cultivation,guarantee the quality of mutton. The platform can reduce dependencies between each enterprises, longitudinal mutton sheep production from breeding, slaughtering, transportation to sales of scientific management. Mutton sheep breeding management and traceability platform from the root causes of security at the same time to ensure the quality of mutton can make consumers and mutton operators to trace of mutton products, to a certain extent solved the mutton quality safety problems of a big problem in the contemporary society.
