| As a transimision machine part, rubber V-Belt Continuously Variable Transimission is with a smooth transimission, a wide speed ratio change range, easily to operate, a simple structure and compact, light weight, inexpensive and easily to maintain false, etc., so it has been widely used in morden mechanical field, but in the wheat presision seeder speeding area, it has not been used till now. So developping the study on using rubber V-Belt CVT on wheat seeding machines are practiacal, especailly on wheat precision seeding machines. This paper has mainly carried on the following research work:①An analysis on a current driving transimisioner of a wheat seeder was made in this paper, including its working character and its drawback at work.②First, the belt of the belt drive was made a force analysis, both the belt force balance equation and the loose, tight side tension mathematics expressions were obtained, then the entire seeder driving part rubber V-Belt Continuously Vairable Transmission's efficiency expression was calculated.③A structure mode of the Wide V-belt CVT'shafts's system is designed, the model structure of the shafts's system is constructed with Pro/E; By analyzing the secondary clutch's and its shafting's sturcture, working principle and process, the secondary shafting design principle was proposed; based on force balance, the secondary cluch's and its shafting design method of structural parameters was introduced; obtained the impact of the law of the force acted on the secondary cluch and other conserned parts, while the agencies to improve the methods of structural design obout the secondary cluch and its shafting was obtained.By analyzing the primary cluch's and its shafting's structure, working principle was proposed; the primary shafting design principle was proposed; the primary cluch speeding part design functions of structural parameters were introduced based on force balance; took a simulation analysis about the problem with the primary cluch and its shafting, the develope its design.④On the base of the given parameters of the seeding machine and the transmission part, the maching scaling and the specific matching were formulated, and a goal of the changes of the speed ratio was set up, a simplified and practical force model of the transmission was formulated, and the force balance between various forces and pully axial force determination under the conditions of inputting different speed and seeding quantity were formulated, too.⑤The simulation model of the assemblying and the working process about the rubber V-Belt CVT on wheat seeding machine was established, the dynamics and drive cycle simulation about the vehicle and the simulation of the axial force were carried out on the base of application of the primary and secondary different parameter's influence of axial force. For the transimission has a specific speed ratio, the assembly simulation and the comparison between its working in two end positions were carried out respectively. Finally, the entire design process has been done, clearing the design progress.⑥This paper tells about that the maximum speed of the G3 Tube-Slit Model Wheat Seeding machine, refered seeding quantity of the 12 average line and ratio, and the wave baseed on the every average important position. And from the experiment data, Wild-V belt CVT has the better seeding quantity at the confered ratio(most are at from 3.23% to 8.59%) and wild seeding range(from 15jins to 38.87jins)... |
