The problem of China’s demand for food is more serious,because of the country’s population growth gradually in recent years.Therefore,for us,the increase of grain production capacity has become one of the many difficult tasks that must be completed.The moving box body of transplanter is a vital part of the transplanting mechanism,only if the horizontal and vertical rice seeding transferring organization shall submit rice seeding to the cage plants shade accurately and uniformly,other parts of the transplanting machine organization ensure to finish their task smoothly.Send seeding,pull up seeding and put plants must be coordinated,sending seeding organization is the pioneer of three parts,that how to submit seeding to the accurate place is a top priority.Through consulting a large number of relevant literature finding,the horizontal rice seeding transferring organization of the transplanting mechanism has tend to be mature,most of the transplanter at home and abroad take advantage of double screw axis’s automatic reverse function,which is the center.But the vertical rice seeding transferring organization is common ratchet intermittent mechanism,even though it could realize the requirement of intermittent send seedling,and its organization is simple,but the noise is very big and wear work is also very serious,so ratchet intermittent mechanism is not ideal organization.First,this article compares screw axis respective parameters at home and abroad,under the premise of meeting the design requirements,making the appropriate changes to the screw axis,and make the strength analysis and modal analysis to the improved screw axis with the help of ANSYS software.Secondly,in order to overcome the noise,severe wear defect and unable to realize the requirements of high-speed send plants of ratchet mechanism,this article introduces another vertical rice seeding transferring organization,whose core component is a pair of fixed shaft driving non-circular gear,which can greatly improve the efficiency of planting.At the same time making the vertical rice seeding transferring organization simplified,then through ADAMS software simulation to gain speed curve and angular velocity curve,which can make us more intuitive to observe the non-circular gear transmission.Finally,making seeding test on the rice pot seedling transplanting test bench,take the test at different times and height of seedling,and record test data to be analyzed in the EXCEL software,it is concluded that seedling height,stem width and cage curtain’s point of view when seedling angle is best,and the primary and secondary order on the impact of various factors on send seedling rate.The purpose of using the test bench to test is providing reliable and accurate data for the prototype. |
