The experiment was conduced to study the best combination of technology on fruits and vegetables liquid fermentation after inoculating of probiotics,and evaluate the effect of fruits and vegetables fermented liquid feed on growth performance,blood biochemical index,and intestinal microorganism flora of weaned piglets.The results of main research show as follows:Test 1 Research on the best fermentation technology of fruits and vegetables liquid feed with single strain and multi-strainsIn this experiment,via inoculating fruits and vegetables liquid feed of yeast,bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus plantarum by single factor and orthogonal test,to investigate the effects of nutritional value of fruits and vegetables liquid feed on fermentation parameters including fermentation time,temperature inoculation amount and pH value,The results of single strain and multi-strains fermentation shows as follows:Under aerobic circumistance,the optimal combined elements on fruits and vegetables liquid fermentation feed with yeast were 60 h of fermentation time,30? of temperature,6.0 of pH value and the inoculation amount comes to 3%.Under these circumstances,the crude protein content increased to 19.41%;the crude fiber content decreased to 2.09%;the content of lactic acid increased about 7.38 times;calcium,phosphorus content was also increased in a way.The optimal combined elements on fruits and vegetables liquid fermentation feed with bacillus subtilis were,under aerobic circumistance,30? of temperature,60 h of fermentation time,5.0 of pH value and the inoculation amount comes to 3%.Under these circumstances,the crude protein content increased to 19.71%;the crude fiber content decreased to 2.31%;the content of lactic acid increased to 16.98g/L;calcium,phosphorus content was also increased in a way.The optimal combined elements on fruits and vegetables liquid fermentation feed with lactobacillus plantarum were,under anaerobic circumistance,60 h of fermentation time,37? of temperature,3% of the inoculation amount and 6.0 of pH value.Under these conditions,the crude protein content increased to 19.38%;the crude fiber content decreased to 2.37%;the content of lactic acid increased to 62.11 g/L,calcium,phosphorus content was no significant.Using the asynchronous fermentation technology,under above conditions,nutritive value of feed increased than the single strain fermentation.The crude protein content,in dry matter,increased by 9.2%,reaching 19.88% than the pre fermentation;The crude fiber contene decreased to 2.01%;lactic acid,biomass,Ca,P has improved significantly,to 61.88 g/L,162.73×106cfu/ml,0.99% and 0.91%.Test 2 the effects of fruits and vegetables fermented liquid feed to growth performance,blood biochemical indicators and microflora in digestive tract of weaned pigletsRandomly selecting 28 days old healthy weaned piglets 200 heads at the same time,and divided into four groups randomly,which fed with pellet based diet for group A,liquid feed for group B,diets containing 30g/kg of apple pomace liquid feed for group C and diets containing 30g/kg of fruits and vegetables by microbial fermented liquid feed for group D.Each group owns 50 heads piglets in 5 repeated experiments averagely.During 5 days of pre feeding and a 30-day formal feeding,randomly selecting 5 moderate size and weight piglets in each repeating group to collect intestinal contents.The results shows that,the average daily weight gain of each group is significant(P<0.05)between each group.The group D,containing 30g/kg of fruits and vegetables by microbial fermented liquid feed,increased by 19.01%,13.91% and 10.59% than group B,C and D,which is all significant(P<0.05).On ratio of feed to gain index,group D decreased 10.29% than group A(P<0.05,significant),and group B and C decreased 1.71% and 0.57% respectively than group A(P<0.05,significant).Fruits and vegetables fermented liquid feed can significantly improve the content of lactic acid in the gastrointestinal,and significantly reduced the level of E.coli,had no significant effect on pH value of gastrointestinal contents.Fruit and vegetable fermented liquid feed can improved the blood biochemical indexes of weaned piglets,reduce superoxide dismutase and serum urea nitrogen content,had no negative effects on immune function.
