The experiment was conduced to study the best combination of technology on liquidfermentation, and evaluate the effect of fermented liquid feed on growth performance, intestinalmicroorganism flora, and blood biochemical index of weaned piglets. There were two parts in thestudy, which showed the results as follows:Test1Study of the best combination of technology on liquid fermentation feedIn this experiment, to find the effects of single strain fermentation on liquid fermentation feedwith plant lactobacillus, yeast and bacillus subtilis on fermentation parameters such as time, temperature and inoculation amount by orthogonal test, which shows the results as follows:The optimal combined elements on liquid fermentation feed with plant lactobacillus wereanaerobic fermentation. The fermentation time was72h, temperature was37℃, and the inoculationamount was3%. Under these conditions, the content of crude protein increased from18.20%/DMto19.49%/DM while crude fiber decreased from2.77%/DM to2.25%/DM; the lactic acid content, biomass, and inhibitory rate reach to53.78g/L/DM,98.79×10~6cfu/ml and97.34%respectively.The optimal combined elements on liquid fermentation feed with bacillus subtilis were aerobicfermentation. The fermentation time was60h, temperature was30℃, and the inoculation amountwas3%. Under these conditions, the content of crude protein increased from18.20%/DM to19.37%/DM while crude fiber decreased from2.77%/DM to2.17%/DM; the lactic acid content, biomass and inhibitory rate reach to18.43g/L/DM,130.87×10~6cfu/ml and96.55%respectively.The optimal combined elements on liquid fermentation feed with yeast were aerobicfermentation. The fermentation time was60h, temperature was30℃, and the inoculation amountwas2%. Under these conditions, the content of crude protein increased from18.20%/DM to19.33%/DM while crude fiber decreased from2.77%/DM to2.17%/DM; the biomass, inhibitoryrate reach to92.65×108cfu/ml and87.66%respectively.On the basis of test1, use the asynchronous fermentation technology which first aerobicfermentation while then anaerobic fermentation, the optimal combined elements on liquidfermentation feed was: in the period of aerobic fermentation, fermentation time was48h,temperature was30℃, the inoculation amount of bacillus subtilis and yeast were3%and2%; in theperiod of anaerobic fermentation, fermentation time was48h, temperature was37℃, theinoculation amount of plant lactobacillus were3%. Under these conditions, the content of crudeprotein increased from18.20%/DM to19.82%/DM while crude fiber decreased from2.77%/DMto2.09%/DM; the lactic acid content, biomass amd inhibitory rate reach to49.33g/L/DM,158.87×108cfu/ml,100%; the pH value was4.41. Test2the effects of fermented liquid feed to growth performance, microflora in digestivetract and blood biochemical indicators of weaned piglets120health Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire weaned piglets about7.1kg were selected anddivided into three groups according to the principle of completely random group. Each group had5repeated experiments while each repeated experiment had8weaned piglets. Two of the groupswere fed solid grain feed and solid powdery feed, while the experimental group was fed fermentedliquid feed. The test period was30days, and there are5days in advance the test for prepare. At theend of the experiment, five weaned piglets were selected randomly in each repeating group. Theintestinal contents were collected for determination. The results showed that, when compared withthe two control groups, the average daily weight gain of the experimental group boosted by8.03%,12.60%the differences were significant(P<0.05); Ratio of feed to gain declined by8.68%,10.90%, the differences were significant(P<0.05); Diarrhea rates decreased significantly. The pHvalue of gastric contents declined, but no obvious difference (P>0.05). The level of Lactobacillusin duodenum, jejunum, and ileum increased, while the E. coli decreased. Compared with thecontrol groups, the blood indexes were raised except the BUN decreased. Among them, thedifference of ALP was significant, while the others were not. With regard to the effects on weanedpiglets, the fermented liquid feed has significantly improved the average daily gain, the level ofLactobacillus and growth performance in piglets, but significantly decreased feed weight ratio, diarrhea ratio, and the level of E. Coil. It had no significant effect to the pH value.
