Feng 39 s is breeded by Hefei Fengle Seed Co.,Ltd.years of rice dual-use nuclear sterile lines,approved by Anhui provincial crop variety approval committee in 2006.In recent years,with Feng 39 s as female parent,has selected a series of hybrid rice combination with larger advantage in the production,approval by the national or provincial,showing the dual-use nuclear sterile lines with excellent agronomic and economic traits,strong combining ability and safety seed production.This paper use the photo-thermo sensitive genical male sterile line Feng39 S as the research material,do research on the morphological characteristics,growth characteristics,infertility starting temperature,different features,the heterosis of combination,the main results were as follows:(1)Feng 39 s has excellent agronomic traits and economic traits.Sword leaves open angle is less than 7.32,the sword leaf has the characteristics of long,straight,wide.Top second leaf and thrid leaf are long and wide;moderate plant height,upper three internodes long,basal internode thick;From April 10 th to May 10 th sowing total leaves16-17,initial heading stage in 90-97 days,Sowing from May 10 th to July 10 th,total leaves 15-17.Initial heading stage in 73-90 days,more leaves,fast leaf emergence;strong tillering ability,high earing rate,grains big and more.Per unit area total spikelet is 55700 / m2;Rice are of good quality,good resistance.(2)Feng 39 s fertility starting point temperature is low,stable sterility,seed production safety,reproduce easily.Feng 39 s fertility conversion obviously,fertility transition temperature with a light of the gearing effect characteristics,when light length > 13.0 h,fertility transformation critical temperature is about 23 ?,under the condition of short light its fertility transformation start temperature below 23.0 ?;In 21 ? and 22 ? low temperature processing,under the condition of short day(12.0 h)long,of sterility is30-40%,under the condition of long sunshine(14.0 h)long light,sterility of 20%.So seed reproduction in the long light conditions with 22 ? under cold water irrigation,or in a short lighting condition in Hainan winter seed reproduction will be succeed.(3)Feng 39 s has good cross pollination habits,high seed production yield.Long period of flowering and earing stage,See flowering stage and full-bloom stage are 2-3 days later than See heading and full-heading stage.Same days of the flowering stage and heading stage.Flowering time concentrated,there is obvious peak flowering,forenoon flower accounts for a bigger proportion,long period of glume-opening,large glume opening angle,stigma large,high stigma exposure rate,but not closed glume rate is high,vitality of stigma is lower than Peiai64.Sensitive to 920,spraying 20 to 25 g / 667 m2 at 10-20% of heading stage can get good effect;different types of male parent outcrossing seedy potentialities is different.(4)Feng 39 s has good wide compatibility,with strong matching advantage.The combination average rate is above 80%,Compare with the CK,the yield advantage were27.5 kg and 44.8 kg,all positive;The combination of high yield has relations with the panicle traits improvement.its average grain number per panicle are respectively 47.4 and54.0 more than CK;Whole growth period of 118-139 days,large variation range,can match different types of rice varieties.(5)The combination with Feng 39 s has good quality.The combination has a high rate of brown rice,head milled rice rate,lower rate of chalk white and chalk white degree,appropriate of Amylose content and protein content,three level quality rate is 100%.But compared with other eight rice quality traits,the chalky rice rate and chalk white degree lower the standard rate.Chalk white is Feng 39 S is One of the important traits of quality breeding needs improvement.
