Effects Of Tree Shapes And Prunings On The Growth And Development Of Hybrid Hazelnut

With 5 year-old XinZhen 1(84-254),XinZhen 2(82-11) and XinZhen 3(84-310) three varieties as tested materials,different pruning degree set mild pruning,moderate pruning,severe pruning,control(without pruning);different tree shapes set single trunk(control),two branches,three branches.The main results as follows:1.In the tree shapes test:(1) For the weight of the fruit,XinZhen 1 single trunk obvious larger than two branches and three branches for 0.1g and 0.28g;XinZhen 2 single trunk obvious larger than two branc hes and three branches for 0.04 g and 0.13 g.(2) In a single leaf area, net photosynthetic rate,fruit set rate,kernel rate,XinZhen 1 three branches more 9.11%,2.99%,7.75%,2.89% than single trunk;XinZhen 2 three branches more 8.09%,9.65%,19.53%,0.36% than single trunk;XinZhen 3 three branches more 4.95%, 12.05%,11.92%,2.08% than single trunk..(3)Yield,compared to two,three branches and single trunk, Xin Zhen 1 were increased by 1.17 kg,1.06kg; XinZhen 2 were increased by 0.26 kg,0.63kg;XinZhen 3 were increased by 0.71 kg,0.41 kg.2. In different pruning degree test of perennial branches:(1) The percentage of fertile fruit,XinZhen 1 mild pruning,moderate pruning,severe pruning,obviously,higher than the control 20.43%,18.77%,20.60%; Xin Zhen 2 obviously,higher than the control 20.20%,14.25%,4.02%;XinZhen 3 obvious ly,higher than the control 35.46%,5.59%,3.95%.(2)The number of fruits per plant XinZhen1 mild pruning is more 15.51% than moderate,25.50% than severe pruning;Xin Zhen 3 mild pruning is 48.06% than the moderate,34.96% than severe pruning,21.38% than control.(3)The single fruit weight,Xin Zhen1 mild,moderate,severe pruning are13.84%,16.96%,13.84% higher than the control;XinZhen 2 mild,moderate,severe pruning are 10.46%,7.53%,10.46% higher than the control.3.In one-year different pruning degree test,(1)The percentage of fertile fruit, the XinZhen 1 mild, moderate,severe pruning were higher than control for 5.36%,7.28%,17.94%.(2)The number of fruit per plant,XinZhen1 mild, moderate pruning are 28.10%,17.02% higher than the control.(3)The single fruit weight,XinZhen 1 mild,moderate,severe pruning were higher than the control for 0.04 g,0.07 g,0.02 g.(4) XinZhen 1 mild,moderate pruning are26.35%,18.27%higher than the control.
