ObjectivesAccording to the feature of ruminant mainly rely on rumen fermentation, developed efficient security cows rumen compound probiotics with propionic acid bacteria mainly,it can improve the rumen propionic acid production and improve energy negative balance of cows,so as to solve the technical problem which we facing currently in production.MethodsThrough the isolation, identification of healthy cows rumen high-yield propionate strains, screening the combinations of superiority of rumen high-yield propionate strains and forage yeast, the preparation of high efficiency, non-pollution with high yield bacteria of propionic acid as the core technology of perinatal cows rumen probiotics.Results1.The successful separation and identification of rumen health cows high-yield propionate strains2.Screening the best combination of high yield propionate strains and forage yeast, namely four strains of yeast, tropical candida,white-floored mildew, to produce Hang candida, burton pichia; and generated three strains of propionic acid bacteria, only a gas-bacilli bacteriumfungus, bacteria liquid, Veillonella parvula and Egypt's giant aureus.3. Through the detection of volatile fatty acid gastric juice in vitro tumor has a certain influence, detection of different period showed that ph rise after falling first;Acetic acid and propionic acid is on the decline;Lactic acid concentration is on the decline;Butyric acid is on the decline.Conclusions1.The high-yield propionic acid bacteria on cow rumen propionic acid generation and energy metabolism have a certain influence clearly, revealing probiotics that improve the mechanism of action of energy negative balance of cows.2.High yield was isolated from healthy cows in the rumen propionate strains;with...
