A Comparative Study On The Perinatal Behavior Of Primitive And Mercury Cows In Perinatal Period

This paper studies the prenatal and postnatal behaviors of primipara and post-natal Holstein cows.That is human eyes continuously observed and recorded the intake,drinking water,lying in the field,lying in bed,standing in the sports field,standing in the aisle,licking salt bricks and milking behavior.of the primipara cattle and the post-natal cattle from 7 days before birth to 5 days after delivery.Research:There is no significant difference in the duration of daily feeding between primipara cattle prenatal and postpartum(217.9±105.63 min/d vs 202.8±9.53 min/d;P>0.05);There is no significant difference in the number and duration of daily drinking water between primipara cattle prenatal and postpartum(5.2±1.22 no./d vs 6.4±1.87 no./d;22.4±6.54 min/d vs 17.9±5.35 min/d;P>0.05);The number of sputum salt bricks per day for primipara post-natal is less than 1 time;The proportion of primiparous cattle prenatal total standing and total standing duration is higher than that of postpartum 2.5%(39.7%vs 37.2%)and 4.9%(43.6%vs 38.7%);The daily intake of post-natal cattle prenatal feeding is significantly greater than that of postpartum(259.2±23.09 min/d vs 210.9±27.22 min/d;P<0.05);The number and duration of daily drinking water before post-natal cattle prenatal are significantly less than postpartum(3.2±2.08 no./d vs 6.7±2.66 no./d;8.9±5.24 min/d vs 21.2±8.32 min/d;P<0.05);post-natal,cattle prenata like to lie down and stand in bed before going to the postpartum,they are more willing to lie and stand in the sports field;post-natal cattle postpartum sputxim salt bricks per day are 2.4 times;The proportion of pre-feeding and total standing duration of the post-natal cattle prenatal in the day is 3.3%(18.0%vs.14.7%)and10.5%(45.1%vs.34.6%)higher than that of the postpartum.There is a significant difference between the primipara cattle prenatal and post-natal cattle prenatal drinking water duration,the number of bed lying and duration,the number of sport lie times and duration.There is a significant difference between the primipara cattle postpartum and post-natal cattle postpartum the daily duration of Bed lying duration,sports field standing duration the duration of the standing of the stadium,and the duration and number of times of the sputum salt bricks duration.
