Research On The Reconstruction Of Rural Old Residential Buildings In Leshan,Sichuan Province

As a national historic and cultural city,Leshan has a unique natural geography and cultural environment.Due to the influence of topography,climate,materials,culture,and economy,many houses are built on top of the earth.Rural dwellings form a traditional dwelling culture with distinct features of southwest Sichuan.In the adaptation to the natural environment,the old rural dwellings in the Leshan region were treated with local conditions and achieved unique artistic effects,showing obvious regional features.With the development of urbanization and economic development,on the one hand,due to the influence of foreign culture,the protection of the dwelling culture has gradually become weak,resulting in a large number of old residential houses with Leshan regional culture being torn down.The modern houses are of different styles,modern western houses,and the rustic atmosphere gradually disappears.Under the background of the construction of a happy and beautiful new village in Leshan City,an in-depth study of the transformation of rural old residential houses in Leshan District was conducted and a corresponding transformation strategy was proposed.The purpose of this paper is to repair and renovate old residential houses on the basis of the original houses,so that these old houses can be “regenerated”.On the one hand,the research in this article helps to shape the rural culture in Leshan,preserves and inherits traditional construction techniques in Leshan,and continues traditional building materials with regional features.On the other hand the research in this paper provides some references for the construction of Leshan New Village and the reconstruction of rural housing in other regions.There are a total of five chapters in this paper.The first chapter mainly describes the origin of the thesis topic,and determines the research object and research method.The second chapter studies the value of rural old residential houses in Leshan area and specifies the protection content of rural old residential houses.The third chapter elaborates and analyzes the current situation of old residential houses in Leshan area and analyzes the problems of residential houses.The fourth chapter proposes the corresponding reform principles and reform strategies for the transformation of old residential houses in rural areas of Leshan region.The fourth chapter proposes the corresponding reform principles and reform strategies for the transformation of old residential houses in rural areas of Leshan region.The fifth chapter analyzes the practice of reforming old residential houses in rural areas of Leshan.
