The factors that need coordination in the high-speed railway dispatch command system are more complex because of diversified transportation organization environment of high speed railway train caused by a vast territory and a changeable terrain in China.Expensive operation costs of high-speed railway leads to the result that dispatch command model can't be on trial and optimized by actual operation,and it is also impossible to carry out the training of high-speed railway personnel through practical operation.Therefore,the development and application of the simulation and drilling system of the high-speed railway dispatch command is particularly important.1.The existing application and research achievements of the high-speed railway dispatch and command system at home and abroad is summarized.Combining actual operation of high-speed railway in China,The necessity of the design of the simulation and drilling system of the high-speed railway dispatch command is proposed.2.The constituent elements of high-speed railway is elaborated.In vertical aspects,the related responsibilities are clearly defined at the center level of dispatch command in China Rail Corp,the level of dispatch department in Railway Bureau(branch office),the level of dispatch room of base station and district.In horizontal aspect,the jurisdiction of each dispatching station,the functional department settings of the dispatching Institute and the coordination relationship between dispatch departments are stated.On the basis of reasonable division of the main duty of the high-speed railway dispatching,the working flow of the high-speed railway dispatch command is put forward.3.The overall requirements of the dispatch command simulation system is analyzed based on construction goal.According to the related operations of the high-speed railway dispatch command system,the main responsibilities of the seven subsystems of high-speed railway dispatch command system on dispatch post are analyzed respectively,which consists of simulation subsystem of train operation and scheduling,scheduling supervision simulation subsystem and assistant scheduling simulation subsystem and so on.4.Based on the design of the high-speed railway dispatch command simulation system architecture,the main functions of the 7 subsystems,including simulation subsystem of train operation and scheduling,scheduling supervision simulation subsystem and so on,are designed.At the meantime,the related functions of the simulation rehearsal subsystem are designed from the four aspects of transportation planning management,simulation practice scene management,simulation training process management and simulation training effect evaluation.Lastly,an feasibility analysis of the simulation and drilling system of the high-speed railway dispatch command with the Wuhan Guangzhou line as an example is analyzed.
