With the rapid development of China civil aviation,the lack of coordination between the growth of the fleet and the allocation of human resources has led to a continual increase in the workload of the staff,especially those in charge of maintenance work.Overloading will not only affect personnel physical and mental health,but also cause a huge risk to the safety of civil aviation operation.Therefore,how to evaluate the workload of the maintenance personnel scientifically and accurately has become an important research topic in the field of civil aviation.The aim of this paper is to set up a method to evaluate and measure the task-load of civil aviation maintenance personnel.The paper focuses on such as the creation of the maintenance operations' environment,the establishment of task-load evaluation model and the assessment techniques based on simulation platform JACK.Taking the disassembly operation of Airbus A320 main wheel as an example,and create a simulation which is involved by digital human about the operation process,and evaluate the task-load of it.The concrete implementation process mainly includes: First of all,through the understanding of the organizational operation and work characteristics of maintenance work,analyzing the external manifestation and internal physiological characteristics of maintenance personnel under different task-loads,initially proposed that the time occupation rate as the task-load's measurement,the energy consumption rate and the ergonomic load as the task-load correction factor,the JACK simulation platform as a tool to evaluate the maintenance personnel's task-load;Then,based on the human factors engineering simulation platform JACK,the creation of solid model and static working environment and the creation of dynamic simulation are introduced,the work of the maintenance operation process level decomposition and action analysis methods were studied,and put forward the basic motivation of maintenance work to realize the maintenance action analysis.Next,the model for maintenance task-load assessment is constructed,and the time which is simulated,energy consumption rate,data acquisition of power load and postural load are specifically studied.Finally,the disassembly process of Airbus A320 main wheel is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the JACK-based maintenance task-load assessment method established in this paper.This paper,based on the basic concept of task-load,combined with the characteristics of civil aviation maintenance work,measures the size of "task-load per unit time" with the occupancy rate of time,and fully considers that the task-load is influenced by strength,posture,energy consumption and other ergonomic factors on the maintenance personnel human body.With the help of JACK,the shortcomings of previous task-load assessment methods,such as poor operability,strong subjectivity and serious laboratory,have been successfully solved.The method can provide the basis and references for the human resources allocation and the prevention of occupational health damage of maintenance personnel.
