Research On SITC Bohai Gulf-Japan Line's Improvement

Haifeng International(SITC.HK1308,hereinafter referred to as Haifeng)is a domestic container transportation business based shipping company,service is the main service in Haifeng to provide customers,optimize the route control return route planning,route design and route based on,can save the cost,improve space utilization rate and the shipping company the gross profit margin,to the fierce competition in the industry to take the initiative.In this paper,liner design of the existing HaifengBohai bay were analyzed to find out the route design in Haifeng,analyze the process reengineering,optimize the allocation of resources to Haifeng route,Malacca route to the west of the future development as reference.At present,in the background of the shipping industry "winter",in recent years as a measure index of world shipping development of the Baltic Dry Index(BDI)continued to hover at historic lows,shipping companies all over the world in order to optimize the enterprise configuration,operation cost and management cost savings and external resources to optimize its route design but,before shipping a golden age of extensive management and blind expansion of fleet scale,route density has gone for ever.The market and airline departments of major shipping companies are studying the optimal allocation of airline designs.Based on the liner design of the existing HaifengBohai bay were analyzed,summed up the factors considered in the design of specific routes,and through the analysis to establish the route design model,the rationalization degree of quantitative Haifeng route design,so as to find out the Haifeng route design problems arising in process reengineering,so as to guide the Haifeng Malacca route to the west of the business.The content of this paper is the improvement of HaifengBohai Bay existing shipping route,the existing route through the analysis of the Gulf of Bohai natural environment analysis,establishing mathematical model of HaifengBohai Bay route improvement,to solve the existing optimization analysis of Bohai Bay Haifeng existing routes,thus guiding significance to explore the establishment of Haifeng West of Malacca route play.
