Line Balancing Research On Chassiss Assemble Line Of BBAC

With the rapid development demand of Chinese automobile market,production and sales increased year by year,to the automobile manufacturing industry has brought huge development space,the competition of automobile car manufacturers has become increasingly fierce.In order to adapt the market demand,remain company competitive,increase productivity is imperative.Base on the existing production conditions,how to improve the production efficiency,reduce the costs,to ensure quality and quantity completion of the task on time is particularly important.In this thesis based on Lean Production line balance of relevant theories and methods,using this method of Beijing Benz Automotive Co.X204 chassis assemble line to expand research,to improve the production line balance rate and circle time,with the actual situation of production,use industry engineering's procedures analysis,operations analysis,motion analysis and work measurement for production line to collect existing data,identify the chassis assembly line bottleneck work sequences in the process,according to the determined new circle time,using the production line balancing 5W1 H and ECRS method analysis chassis assembly line to the production process optimization,to the work content adjustment,to the staffing improvement,to the waste elimination,to materials planning adjustment and other aspects of to solve production line imbalance.After improvement the chassis assembly line all stations were lower than the new target cycle time 212 seconds,in order to new capacity requirements,the production line balance rate increased by 5.8%,the production line every hour to improve a car's production capacity,directly reduce one operator,an annual savings at least 52,000 rmb,increase output per shift record 2.646 million rmb,the most importantly is through the production line balance improvements,increase the staff improvement enthusiasm for the company's continuous improvement and development of the follow-up to play the important role and significance.
