Since the implementation of reform and opening up policy,China's economy is in a state of sustained and rapid development.Since the establishment of the economic construction as the center of the strategy,has been for several years to achieve domestic GDP double-digit growth in the international economic long-term sluggish background,and gradually play a role in driving the locomotive.Among them,the real estate industry is undoubtedly the most dazzling star,especially after 2000,to improve my vast housing conditions at the same time,real estate and related industries for a long time to maintain a high rate of contribution to the national economy.In recent years,the rapid development of real estate,through the past few years of real estate research,and statistics of a large number of data for reference,we analyze the real estate development on the project cost control stage is the most critical project pre-planning stage.This thesis is also through the BH company MQC project early planning stage of the project to study the real estate investment projects in the early stages of the project cost control.In this thesis,the problems of the MQC project of BH Company in the early planning stage are discussed,the imperfection of the cost control system,the imperfection of the engineering quantity list,the lack of project quality control,the lack of dynamic management in the construction process,leading to the construction cost increase.We have put forward the corresponding solutions to the above problems,perfected the system of responsibility and responsibility management,improved the preparation method of the inventory quantity,carried out the control of engineering project quality cost,the control of indirect cost of engineering project and the construction process.The dynamic management of the process reduces the project cost.The project cost control research on the MQC project has practical significance to the investment of the real estate and has the reference value to the cost control of the similar enterprise project.
