The three elements of project management are the progress,quality and cost of project management.Among them,project schedule management refers to the arrangement of project construction time.It is directly related to the success of the project.In particular,the current market competition is becoming more and more intense.Progress management has gradually become China’s real estate enterprises to shorten the construction period,reduce project construction costs,improve investment profits important key.Therefore,to strengthen the progress of project construction management,scientific arrangements for the time to ensure the successful implementation of the project,the increase in profits are of great significance.Based on the study of LDNH Real Estate Company Aviation City,this paper first summarizes the background and significance of the current project management research.Secondly,it defines the definition of project management,the principle and detailed steps of project decomposition,and Project development theory,once again,on the LDNH real estate company and the aviation city project overview,analyzes the current LDNH aviation city project progress management status and the existing problems,such as the company lacks the project management attention degree,the progress control related technical means comparison The project progress control mechanism is not perfect,and then the influencing factors of the project progress management are analyzed from the relevant units,the government institutions,the construction environment and the construction technology and management.The project planning and project progress plan of the LDNH aviation city project(Including the preparation of the monthly plan,the signing of the construction task book,the real-time record of the progress and the work of scientific scheduling),as well as the control and control of the specific measures include: to strengthen the contract management,the establishment of the LDNH aviation city project progress plan Correctional mechanism,serious organization and discipline,emphasis on scientific management,the final analysis from the aspects of the construction units,design units,construction units how to avoid the impact of the project schedule as much as possible;the last is the conclusion,this paper summarizes the results obtained.
