In the context of China’s current rapid economic development, rapid expansion of the real estate industry, has become an important growth point of national economy; plus China since 2001 to join WTO, the international real estate business group to enter the country, and the domestic real estate companies to compete in the world. But in the fierce competition in the market, most of the domestic real estate companies do not take advantage, unable to adapt to the development trend of global economic integration, is facing the threat of being eliminated. Looking at the current situation of the real estate business, the prevalence of small, poor management, lack of risk awareness, lack of competitiveness and other issues. In response to this truth, our real estate companies want to obtain sustainable development and enhance overall competitiveness, we must realize the importance of strengthening the management of science the theory and specific methods of project management, change the past, extensive management, learning international advanced housing construction project management experience, the introduction of high-level, highly educated project managers, systematic application of advanced management methods, to stimulate the growth pace of development. In summary, the objective analysis of the actual situation of China’s real estate project management methods and means to strengthen the management of real estate, has great significance. Real estate project management can be divided into a number of aspects, and schedule management is one of the more important part of the project will cost and quality have a direct impact.
