| In the northern heating area of China,there have some problems about energy conservation in existing buildings need to be solved immediately.Based on a large number of studies and information,the transformation of energy conservation in existing buildings involves the large scale parameters,including various types of construction technology in the process of transformation,the scale of enormous in the northern heating area,a great diversity of factors affecting and the complex implementation process.According as summarize theoretical research in China and international and based on the four aspects about the government’s policy,improve the people’s understanding,method of construction and the results of the technical reform to make comprehensive evaluation of the energy conservation in existing buildings.In order to make the energy-saving work with the better implementation in smooth progress.The research contents of this paper are about the modification scheme and method of construction for the energy saving in transformation of existing buildings.This paper on account of the Theory of asymmetric Information,Theory of Sustainable Development and the ecological economics theory to expound the present situation of the existing residential buildings in the northern heating area of China.Analyzes the energy consumption and potentialities of the remodeling of energy-saving for existing buildings.Taking the dalian area as an example,the paper studies the existing living conditions in the northern heating area.Based on the theory of ecological economics and the sustainable Development theory to build a series of implementation plans and comprehensive evaluation for the different stage in the process of remodeling of energy-saving for existing buildings.At the same time,this paper also submit proposals with the theory of asymmetric Information for government to development the energy-saving remould of existing buildings.Through to measuring and analysis the coefficient of heat transfer for some projects about remodeling of energy-saving for existing buildings in Dalian,also instance analysis the example of Huangmu factory village energy saving in Beijing and the <residential building energy saving design standard> in Liaoning(DB21/T 1476-2011).Under the guidance of theoretics in this paper can infer the energy saving in transformation of existing buildings with a huge potential.Then with the present situation of architecture in north China and comprehend the project of urban agricultural design,to suggesting ideas about the different methods of construction between the urban and village.At last in view of government and residents’ understanding of existing building energy conservation reform to come realize the government’s policy support and residents have a long-term impact on the future in the energy-saving work for existing building in china.Through study the implementing measure about remodeling of energy-saving for existing buildings in northern heating area of China.From these analysis results I obtained a lot of practical reference value of the conclusions for further energy to improving energy conservation,and provides a reference to next construction and production in our country. |
