With the concept of tunnel engineering becoming more and more popular,BIM technology has been widely applied in practical engineering.However,at present,the application of BIM technology remains in the initial functions of visual modeling,detecting pipeline collision and eliminating design conflicts.It can really bring the information technology and intelligence of BIM technology into actual production.The application of BIM technology in tunnel engineering is still in the stage of popularization and exploration.This article explores the application of BIM technology in tunnel engineering based on the literature reading,participation in BIM related meetings and several actual tunnel projects involved in the process of Design Institute internship.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Modeling and designing several mainstream BIM design softwares in actual production.The modeling function,human-machine interaction experience,and parameterization and two development capabilities of the software are analyzed and practiced.(2)Using Revit software and Dynamo programming plug-in,this paper studies the simplification of 3D model modeling of mountain tunnel,and establishes a modeling program for the parameterization and macro operation of mountain tunnel.The 3D modeling time is saved and the modeling efficiency is improved.(3)Based on the programming and drawing function of CATIA software,the principle of the shield ring arrangement in the conventional wedge shield tunnel is studied,and the segment assembling script is established.The segment BIM model in the full length of tunnel interval is realized,and the accuracy of tunnel curve fitting is analyzed.(4)The application of BIM parameterization technology in practical engineering is explored,and the application of BIM technology in tunnel engineering is explored.The collision between various professions is avoided,and the parameterized design and rapid modeling of tunnel are realized,which provides a reference for practical engineering design.
