With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the frequency of people’s travel has also increased,and the quality requirements for travel have become higher and higher.People also put forward new requirements for the design of passenger transport products for railway transport enterprises.The Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is not only the main component of China’s “eight vertical and eight horizontal” main channel,but also the benchmark for commercial operation of high-speed rail in China.Research on the design of passenger transport products for BeijingShanghai high-speed railway is not only the need for the sustainable development of itself,but also to lead and demonstrate the role of China’s high-speed railway passenger product design.Therefore,on the basis of expounding the product-related theory and the connotation of highspeed railway passenger transport products and the principles of passenger transport products design,the following aspects has been studied mainly:Firstly,the passenger demand for Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and utilization of capacity has been analyzed,and further analysis has been made on the trains running on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and their impact on passing capacity,and the characteristics of the current additional products and products of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.And it has been concluded that there are two major issues to be solved in the process of designing Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail passenger transportation products: the study on the conditions for the operating of cross-line trains,then the integral and differential design of passenger transport products.Then,the conditions for the operating of the cross-line trains have been studied.After expatiating on the relationship between cross-line trains and transportation mode,combining with the actual problems faced by the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,such as tight capacity and a large number of cross-line passengers,it has been concluded that the current Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway should transport cross-line passengers by the mode of combining transfer mode and direct mode,and gradually reduce the cross-line trains.On this basis,considering the loss of income resulted by the deduction of the capacity of cross-line trains,a model for the condition of the cross-line train based on transport enterprise income has been established;considering the fare discounts of transfer mode,a model for the conditions for the operating of cross-line trains based on the generalized travel cost model has been established.Based on the two models,the decision-making process and method based on the relative income has been designed for the operating of cross-line train,and case analysis was conducted.Finally,based on the overall concept of the product,a systematic design of the BeijingShanghai high-speed rail passenger transport product has been carried out at all levels.In the aspect of core products: Using the decision-making process and method,the cross-line OD pairs that through Xuzhou East-Bengbu South section could transferred by cross-line train have been known,and aiming at the problem of single train types,several relatively abundant and differential types of on-line trains has been designed.In the aspect of additional products: Several related service links have been added to ensure the integrity of the service process,and the specific service contents in the added links has been designed in detail.At the same time,the differentiated design of the service content in the existing service links has been strengthened.In terms of ticketing system: According to the difference in passengers’ quality requirements,grading pricing has been proposed according to the quality of transport products;For the temporal fluctuations of passenger flow,a dynamically adjustable fare strategy has been proposed;In addition,the necessity of preferential strategies has been analyzed.Considering the above three factors comprehensively,a corresponding comprehensive pricing method has been designed.On this basis,the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail fare system has been established and the ticket species genealogy has been designed.In terms of brand of passenger transport products: Starting from the connotation of the brand,product brands have been designed for several types of markets. |
