Railway freight transport is one of the key tasks in railway transportation.As an important node in railway network,marshalling station plays a role in the merging and carding of traffic flow.As a result of transit wagon flow without resorting carried out only for technical work,this paper just considers the wagon flow with resorting.When the wagon flow with resorting arrive marshaling station,its block will be identified as the basis for disintegration,aggregation and form.And the division of wagon flow block is important for operation time and fluency.Therefore,it's necessary to put forward a set of theories for guiding to divide block.Through the analysis of the main operation area of the marshalling station,wagon flow block is only related to hump and shunting field system.With the resorting path of the flow,the hump,parking line,and tail between block number and structure are analyzed.In the background of network,the implications for front technical station are discussed,while the wagon flow block is changed.This paper adopt expected maximum value of resorting to limit the resorting value in front technical station.In order to avoid dividing location and hub flow block at will,taking the running time of train,the stop time in the intermediate station,the optimization of the train graphs,the limited time of train single running as limit,and based on the principle of continuity of intermediate station and network structure,the method and principle of dividing the block of pickup goods train and district transfer train are put forward.On this basis,the operation methods of exceeding the time limit of the train single running are also put forward.When long-distance wagon flow is divided,there are three parts needing to be considered,such as rendezvous time at this yard,remade-up time and rendezvous time of each wagon at other yard.The objective function is to minimize the total time spent above three parts.And constraint conditions are division uniqueness of each wagon flow,flow path,expected maximum value of resorting,value of block,and farthest arrival station in block.Comprehensive objective function and constraint condition,Optimization model of long-distance wagon flow division is established.The Genetic Algorithm and LINGO and variable loosely set are designed for this model.Finally,through trial calculation and comparison,LINGO is chosen to Solve model,which solving time is shorter and result is satisfying.Based on the results of dividing location and hub flow,and long-distance wagon block,the principle of partition result and distribution scheme of car storage line is put forward.And then,the each block is assigned to car storage line preliminary.In view of the fact,there may be exising the problem for multi-collinear which need to be disintegrated once again at hump.Based on the capacities of hump disintegration and shuning field,this paper create a method for testing the division results,which can ensure that block division have effectiveness as it used.Finally,this paper takes the construction of the network as an example.The location and hub flow block is firstly to be divided.Next,four case of long-distance wagon flow block are calculated from model.And then,using method for testing the division results judges four case and removes the case which can not be satisfied capacity.The best case will be choosed through the total time.The method proposed in this paper has good operability and has a more obvious effect on the integration of wagon flow.
