In the face of the increasingly tense domestic energy demand and competition in the global energy situation,State Grid Corporation of China implement the decision-making and deployment about the power grid construction from?Report On The Work Of The Government?,and accelerate the construction of informazation,automation,interactive of smart grid,and strive to achieve the upgrading of our country electric network from traditional grid to the modern power grid with efficient,economical,clean and interactive.In order to meet the requirements of the construction of the smart grid,by reconstruction of FengMan hydropower station,the intelligent system of water power plant construction are explored,and achieved certain resultsin the terms of platform construction.Based on this background,and completed the following work in the paper:1.Detailed field investigation has be carried on,and the situation of existing automation system has be analyzed for FengMan hydropower station.puts forward the necessity of intelligent platform construction,established the principle of intelligent platform construction.2.The overall design of intelligent system is put forward for Fengman hydropower station.The overall scheme is designed according to the application system,application support platform and infrastructure three-tier logical structure,can meet the demand of intelligent Fengman hydropower station,effectively improve the automation level of hydropower station.3.Based on three kinds of intelligent switchgear configuration scheme comparison and analysis for hydropower station,two optimization scheme of intelligent switchgear is given,meeting on the Fengman hydropower station.Proposed configuration scheme of hydropower station,intelligent level is promoted,the total cost of hydropower station construction can be reduce,effectively at the same time.4.By optimization selection of the scheme,of the intelligent monitoring system platform of Fengman hydropower station is designed,at the same time based on belief-rule-based(BRB)hydropower station condition monitoring model is established.Design of monitoring system can be completed for the implementation of all kinds of equipment operation of hydropower station,the effective monitoring,ensuring safe and reliable operation.Intelligent system of Fengman hydropower station r have designed and studied the in this pape,at the same time,guarantee to ensure the power plant is reliable,safe,economic,efficient and environment friendly target,for the future intelligent power station construction provides an important reference value.
