In the era of Industry 4.0,the deep integration of next-generation information technology and manufacturing has brought about far-reaching industrial changes.Large-scale personalized customization,global collaborative design,smart factories based on physical information systems(CPS),and the Internet of Vehicles are being emphasized.Shaping the industrial value chain,forming new production methods,industrial forms,business models and economic growth points.The optoelectronic industry is at a high-end position in the entire electronic information industry chain,and the display panel is a very critical part of the information digital product parts.Since the 21 st century,with the maturity of China’s display panel industry layout,the panel industry has achieved rapid development,the overall scale of the global panel industry has expanded rapidly,and product and technology levels have steadily improved.This article takes BOE’s development and application of smart manufacturing technology in the process of smart manufacturing transformation and upgrading as the research object.Based on its in-depth participation in the development of smartmanufacturing systems and in-depth analysis of BOE’s production management system,the intelligent manufacturing theory is compared with actual verification Combined,summarized the problems existing in the intelligent manufacturing system,built and improved a set of data-centric intelligent manufacturing solutions and production management systems,and built a set of intelligent manufacturing systems based on this model.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)First,the requirements background of the intelligent monitoring system for the equipment of the application plant is explained.Based on the investigation and comparison of a large number of intelligent factory production models and research results,combined with the characteristics of the research target enterprises,an intelligent manufacturing model with data mining as the core was proposed,and the intelligent monitoring system was designed with the basic theory of intelligent manufacturing.(2)A solution to the problems of system robustness,data perception and transmission,and data disposal is proposed.The technical stability of the system is ensured through network segment isolation,complex service decoupling,and user authentication technology.Data,Internet of Things,and development of EIS systems are used to realize data perception,transmission,and storage.(3)Based on the existing theory and technology framework,a set of equipment intelligent monitoring system for modern industrial enterprises has been developed.According to the universal functional requirements of modern industrial enterprises,this paper has developed data transparency centers and equipment monitoring centers through technical means such as Web technology,desktop application technology,and mobile APP.It also explains the technical means in the development and application process.The intelligent manufacturing system studied in this thesis collects,standardizes,and stores a large amount of data generated in the factory by using data sensing and data processing methods such as the Internet of Things and big data,and then abstracts the business into data interface services for practical business scenario applications.
