A Study On Management Information System For Hull Section Manufacturing

As a basic part of shipbuilding industry process,body section manufacturing takes aconnective role on the whole manufacture process.Complete sections and well-organized supplement are very necessary to improve production efficiency.The large consumption of time labor,energy and materials make lots of shipyards focus on section manufacturing management.This paper presents the condition of hull section manufacturing of Dalian shipbuilding Industry Company(DSIC for short),including the information of aggregate resource,production capacity,and three-grade management system and management requirements.Then,it introduces the characteristic and deficiency of hull section manufacturing.Summarize the issues which are analyzed by DBR-control method in section manufacturing progress.Section manufacturing can be described as a process of making raw materials,such as small component,outfitting components into final production.The chock point may be found on both the supplements of small component and outfitting components,and the processes of machining line.It should be focused on reducing of materials supplements and delay in product controlling.The overall efficiency may be enhanced by improving utilization efficiency of resources on labor,equipment,and space.Moreover,the key work for section manufacturing management is the massage of collection and analysis to enhance management level in whole production progress.This paper provides a solution of the problems which is mentioned above is making a self-development management information system.Exploit the corresponding modules based on the problems on section manufacturing and planning system to solve the information collection and data analysis.This self-development system can collect and analyze the data pertinently.And it covers the entire path for the management of section manufacturing,deserves well practical value.
