Abstract/Summary:
The design and production of aircraft engine is an important part of manufacturing engineering and aerospace production. It is the key link model of engine development. The design and production of aircraft engine is directly to realize the total goal of aircraft engine production. Aircraft tooling design and manufacturing level is one of the key indexes to reflect the manufacturing level of a country aircraft. Aero engine tooling manufacturing workshop is discrete processing workshop with multi varieties and small-batch. It is many kinds of production task. The number of production equipment is very much. This workshop production information collected on the site of the workshop. It leads to workshop organization of production and operation of high difficulty. At present, the production workshop of our company still takes traditional handmade paper production management. The production cost is high by the management. The production efficiency is low. There are many repetitive works in the workshop. Omissions and errors easily occur in the production process, it make the production management working pressure. MES information system is designed to enhance the management level and efficiency of production workshop. It solves the problems existing in the production process of tooling. We use the digital method can shorten the production cycle of the products. The MES information management system using the key technology, it is production planning and control tools rapid field data collection. The core of MES information management system is production management tools. It is the function of production planning and control tools task management. The management of MES information management system to improve the tooling manufacturing workshop. MES record shop production activities. It can improve the program execution rate and the production efficiency.The MES system uses the current tooling workshop production management. The system development framework based on B/S model, Using J2 EE. We use the ORACLE database development six models of MES system. The six models include the production planning management, the engineering data management, the field control and the balanced scorecard and so on. The system provides the whole process of final products made from production to activities to achieve the optimization of information. It collected various data and state information of workshop, that comes from the whole process of accept the production task to make the final product. The system emphasizes the real-time data accurate. It undertakes the workshops scheduling, coordinating, tracking and monitoring functions. The system plays a role as a bridge in the whole system. It is the role of connecting link, communication production and management activities.
