The demand of urban heating promotes the development of building heating terminal towards the direction of high efficiency,energy saving and comfort.Skirting radiator has been widely used in recent years because of its light,beautiful and high quality heating effect.This kind of radiator integrates the decorative skirting with the radiator,which solves the problems of traditional radiator,such as occupying space,poor aesthetics,fumigating walls,etc.Most of the existing skirting radiator products are single channel.The heat medium enters from one end and flows out from the other end after heat exchange with the radiator,resulting in uneven temperature before and after.This paper takes a kind of double channel skirting radiator as the research object.This kind of skirting radiator enters and exits from the same side of the water pipe,which has a good balance effect on the temperature of the radiator panel.In this paper,the structure of the double channel skirting radiator is studied,and the thermal performance of the radiator is tested.Through FLUENT software,the three-dimensional heat transfer model of the double channel skirting radiator is established,and the numerical calculation is carried out.Through the experimental data,the radiator model is verified,the accuracy of the model is proved,and the causes of the errors are analyzed.According to the results of numerical simulation,the temperature distribution and heat transfer capacity of the radiator surface are analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Comparing the numerical simulation results with the experimental results,with the increase of△T,the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator increases,and the difference between the simulation and the experimental test is less than 8%.2.The heat dissipation of 170mm height radiator is 27.1%higher than that of 120mm height radiator.3.The composite heat transfer coefficient of the double channel skirting radiator is 9.7?13.8w/m~2℃.In order to study the indoor heating environment of the existing heating mode,the temperature distribution,the concentration distribution of 1-10μm particles and the thermal comfort degree with PMV-PPD as the index of three heating modes,i.The results show that the indoor temperature distribution of the double channel baseboard radiator heating and the floor radiation heating is relatively uniform,and the influence of the cold radiation near the exterior wall on the temperature field of the baseboard radiator heating room is the least.When the double channel skirting line radiator is used for heating,the concentration of particles in the indoor activity area is the lowest.The concentration of particles in the height of 0.3m 1?3μm is 60%of that in the floor radiation heating.It can effectively reduce the dust on the ground,and the indoor health environment is better.The indoor comfort degree of double channel skirting radiator is better than that of common radiator,and the dissatisfaction rate of personnel is lower. |
