The face gear-drive system has the characteristics of light quality,high load and great transmission ratio,and it was widely applied in aeronautical facility especially in heilcopter.Because of face gear has complicated working condition,so its key project are noise and vebration in study design.Thus,we can consider face gear transmission dynamic model with more parameter motivational source to research,and it will have an important theory significance and reality engineering value.This paper based on Bond gragh theory,it is established the transmission system of teeth surface friction gear model and shaft support model.Secondly,it based on Block flash temperature theory and Hertz basic theory to analyze the influence about tooth surface with temperature raise for tooth profile deformation and meshing stiffness,and deduced the equation of meshing stiffness with temperature raise,and divided time-varying mesh stiffness into caused by temperature and meshing.Thirdly,establishing tansmission system of face gear containing six degrees of freedom coupled non-linear equaion,and which overall consideration friction of tooth surfance,temperature raise for tooth surfance,mesh stiffness through tine,propagation of error and damping of meshing.Finally,using the Runge-Kutta method to solve the equation and taking Matlab to display the bifurcation diagrams,the relevant plan and Poincare diagram,and according to the chaos description of figure to analysis the face-gear's motivational responses and characteristics.The dynamic characteristics change of dimensionless mesh frequency,tooth surface friction coefficient,the tooth surface temperature and load torque of the face gear transmission system are studied.This paper had researched the mechanical vibration system which deeply analyzed the friction coefficient of tooth surface and the few parameters motivation of flash temperature,and the meshing characteristics are taken in detail,so it has more actual significances in the face gear meshing characteristics and dynamic academic of the face gear transmission system.
