Meshing impact model modeling is the core problem for the gear dynamics.Meshing impact model is very difficult to build because of the complexity of the gear meshing characteristic.There are two contact trace lines in one gear teeth.Multiple-points contact and multiple-tooth meshing is the basic meshing characteristic of the gear.The tooth end relief is lack of calculation method and data.This dissertation has solved the problems above,having the practical significance.Standard parts database for double circular arc gear is established based on Dynamic Link Library Technology.The meshing impact reason and impact type of double-circular-arc gear are analyzed in this dissertation.The gear meshing impact dynamic models in 4 different meshing states are firstly built.The reverse method and the graphing method are used to determine the starting positions of impact and to build its coordinate formulas.Formula of impact velocity,impact force and impact radius are also established.The impact model has been calculated and the impact force is solved.The impact of the deviation,geometric parameters and gear stiffness on meshing impact is analyzed-Gear natural property analysis and dynamic characteristic test platform is also established.The theory is in good agreement with the results of the experiments by using the model established in this dissertation.The definition and formula of transmission error are given in this dissertation.Principles and parameters of the tooth end relief are proposed from designed transmission error(tooth bending deformation and tooth end contact deformation)and manufactured transmission error.Tooth profie modification amount and spiral curve equations of modification based on transmission error are given in this dissertation.Deviation curve before and after modification forms a contrast,which proves the correctness and practicability of the modification.Finally,the gear modal experiment is carried out.The experiment result and theoretical result are basically conformed to each other.
