Project from planning to constructing,then to operating and maintaining,until dismantling,the construction stage is the strongest impact on the environment and the most energy consuming.With the continuous development of green construction in the architecture field,the green construction management,which is with the principle of protect environment and the core of utilizing resources efficiently has also attracted more and more attention.Green construction management is a systematic project.Its implementation not only depends on green construction technology,but also on site environment,resource utilization and staffing.The soft systems methodology CATWOE analytical method is used to define and identify the environment of green construction management,then the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)model is established.In terms of Wuli dimensions,the AHP and the entropy method are used to determine the comprehensive weight.In twenty-two Wuli influencing factors,the key influencing factors are founds,such as dust control measures,construction waste control,noise and vibration control,material saving measures and energy saving measures.In the actual green construction process,strengthening the control of key Wuli factors can improve the effect of green construction management.In terms of Shili dimensions,on the basis of the study of multi attribute utility theory,five main Shili factors of green construction management are defined,which are time,cost,quality,safety and green construction.The relationship between time-cost,time-quality,time-safety and time-green construction is analyzed.The objective function and constraint conditions are found,and the multiple objective equilibrium optimization model of green construction management is established.In terms of Renli dimensions,the relationship between stakeholders in green construction is analyzed: government,owner design party,construction party,supervision party,supplier and waste collector.On the basis of construction synergy and stakeholder theory,green construction coordination framework based on Cloud-BIM and green construction management system based on Cloud-BIM are constructed,which is beneficial to promote green construction synergy.Analyse the actual cases on the basis of integrating green construction management based on WSR.The Shili dimension is mainly used to research on the project of a university mechanical and electrical teaching experiment building.The expert group is invited to forecast the thirteen factors of the seven sub project of the experiment building,and establish the multiple objective equilibrium optimization model of the green construction management.The MATLAB software is used to program,solve the optimal solution,which can help toimprove the efficiency of green construction.
