Driven by the rapid development of power electronics technology,electric vehicles have gradually replaced traditional vehicles and greatly improved the pollution of the environment.In new energy vehicles,the driving system is the main source of interference.In the normal course of the car will have electromagnetic interference,the safety of the entire electric vehicle threat,a direct impact on the passenger's personal safety.The specific research contents are as follows:1?The electromagnetic compatibility of motor drive system is analyzedExplore the drive system components and working principle,analysis of the components of interference,identify sources of interference.Conduction of electromagnetic interference,there are two kinds of common mode and differential mode,the two interference methods are analyzed,while the completion of the interference voltage calculation.Space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)and sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)simulation model of electric vehicle motor drive system are set up in Saber simulation software.Comparing the differences between the two,it is concluded that the interference intensity presented by the two control strategies is different,and choosing the appropriate control strategy has a significant effect on reducing the system interference intensity.2?The influencing factors and the inhibition planMost components in the drive system have parasitic parameters.At high frequencies,the ability to accurately extract the parasitic parameters of various components is the key to predicting the EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference)intensity of the system in advance.Using the impedance meter WK6500 B to test the high-frequency characteristics of the passive components' resistance,capacitance and inductance,the parasitic parameters were extracted and analyzed in order to establish the high-frequency model of electric vehicle drive system.Analyze the interference intensity of conducted EMI without parasitic parameters and parasitic parameters,and investigate the best suppression measures against strong interference.In this paper,the busbar optimization technology and safety capacitor filter technology two optimal suppression measures,the establishment of parasitic parameters to consider the simulation model of the two inhibitory measures simulation,testing,comparative analysis concluded that the two techniques in the inhibition Conducted EMI on the obvious,can improve vehicle reliability and safety performance.3?Switch power conduction EMS testIn this paper,the commonly used switching power supply in the EV drive system is taken as the test object,and a component conduction EMS(Electromagnetic Susceptibility)test platform is set up.The EMS test of the switch in the electromagnetic environment is conducted to test the anti-electromagnetic interference strength.The method has Versatility,this method can test the strength of the anti-electromagnetic interference of the drive system.The research of this topic is of great significance in the suppression of conducted disturbances and electromagnetic immunity of the motor drive system of electric vehicles.
