With the growing of global energy crisis and the rapid development of power electronic technology,the electric vehicle industry has been developing rapidly.At the same time,the electromagnetic compatibility problem in the electric vehicle driving system at runtime is becoming more and more serious.High power switching device in drive system can generate peak voltage and peak current during high speed on-off moments.It can create strong electromagnetic interference when acting on the high frequency parasitic parameters of the components,so it can affect the reliable operation of the power electronic components and even the whole car.This article is written for the electromagnetic compatibility problem in electric vehicle drive system,and it is about the prediction and inhibition of the system conducted interference and electromagnetic immunity test of the system.First,extracting the parasitic parameters of passive components by simulation and experiment,which prepares for establishing the system high frequency model;Second,establishing ideally and considering the parasitic parameters of passive components time-domain simulation model in Saber software,comparing the electromagnetic interference in both side of DC and AC transmission;Then according to the system conducted interference intensity bigger problem,this paper puts forward the two technologies including bus line optimization and safety capacitance filtering,and testing the effect of two kinds of technology through the simulation and experiment;Finally,taking the switching power supply as an example,this paper introduces a system or component general RF transmission immunity test method.The results have shown that passive components will generate the corresponding parasitic parameters in the condition of high frequency,making the intensity of the conducted electromagnetic interference increase in the electric vehicle drive system,and it is more than the limit stipulated by the national standard.The bus optimization technology and safety capacitance filtering technology can effectively inhibit the electromagnetic interference;The immunity of switch power supply is obtained by testing,and this conduction immunity test method's effectiveness and generality are verified,also it can be applied to the immunity tests of the electric vehicle drive system or components.This topic research is a great significance for suppressing and analyzing the conducted electromagnetic interference and analyzing the electromagnetic immunity of power electronic device.
