| Along with the power electronic technology developing rapidly, power electronicequipment develops gradually to the direction of high frequency, high capacity and highpower, the application of PWM rectifier system which adopted pulse width modulation modeis widely used, it is also added the generation of EMI.The conduction and shut of IGBT inPWM rectifier will produce a lot of EMI, it not only affects the normal work of the equipmentand the load it, but also will affects the surrounding EMC environment, shortens the servicelife of equipment, even will affect the operator’s health.Therefore,it is very necessary to studythe EMI about PWM rectifier.Based on the PWM rectifier as the research object.First, introduce the concept of EMIand EMC,research situation at home and abroad;Second use6500B measure passivecomponent of rectifier system, calculate corresponding values of parasitic parameter by themeasured results, establish the3D model of IGBT module by Ansoft Q3D software, simulatethe module and extraction the parasitic parameters of IGBT and between IGBT and heatsink;Then establish time domain simulation model of PWM rectifier system by Sabersoftware, analyze the effect of CM and DM on the system under ideal condition, the conditionconsidering the parasitic parameter of passive component, the condition considering theparasitic parameters of IGBT.The results show that the parasitic parameters of IGBT had agreater influence on CM, the first kind of circumstance had little conducted interference, thesecond shows that the DM occupied the leading position, the noise level within the scope ofthe nation;The third shows that the dominant influence is CM,the noise value of CM and DMis more than the international rules.Finally, measure the EMI of the PWM rectifier by thespectrum receiver the noise spectrum shows that the the noise value of CM and DM are morethan79dBuV that is limited by the national standard, so as to verify the accuracy of thesimulation results.This article, based on the PWM rectifier proposed time-domain simulation model andextraction method of parasitic parameter abot IGBT module for the actual research andpredicted the conducted interference of power converter system,it provides the reference, canbe applied to the the study of EMI on inverter system, dc converter system. |
