Pantograph/catenary system is a key link of the coupled systems in the train,and its stability of current collection plays an important role in the safety and smooth operation of the train,which is closely related to the pantograph/catenary system dynamic behavior.Considering the significant influence of vehicle vibration and its pose changes on the pantograph/catenary dynamic performance,therefore,this paper is based on the dynamic modeling method of vehicle-pantograph-catenary,and the following researches are carried out around the pantograph/catenary dynamic performance under various line conditions and the static response of catenary under temperature changes or ice cover conditions.Firstly,the dynamic modeling method of vehicle-pantograph-catenary which based on SIMPACK and ANSYS is studied,and its effectiveness is verified by the EN 50318 and metro line test.Secondly,the vehicle vibration of EMU and metro vehicles in various velocity or track spectrums is calculated,and the influence of the vehicle vibration on the pantograph/catenary dynamic performance under different catenaries are analyzed,therefore,based on the relevant conclusions,the research of the suitability of the modal frequency between pantograph/catenary and car body is studied.Then,the dynamic response of the vehicle runs on the straight track with a slope in the contact wire,vertical curve track,constant slope track,horizontal curve track are calculated and studied.Finally,the change rule of the static response of catenary under temperature changes or ice cover conditions is analyzed.The results show that,the impact of vehicle vibration on contact force is mainly concentrated in the low frequency section below 5Hz;when using a torsion spring to simulate the airbag in the flexible catenary condition,the impact of vehicle vibration on the pantograph/catenary dynamic performance is not obvious;when the rigid catenary is considered,the impact of vehicle vibration on the pantograph/catenary dynamic performance is more significant,the vehicle vibration and the suitability of the modal frequency between pantograph/catenary and car body should be noticed in the simulation.When the contact wire has a nonzero slope while the slope change rate is 0,the changes in the dynamic response of the pantograph/catenary are not obvious;the positive slope change rate of the contact wire decreases the mechanical wear of pantograph/catenary,and it increases the electrical wear,but the negative slope change rate of the contact wire makes opposite;the smaller the radius of the vertical and horizontal curve,the worse the stability of the pantograph/catenary dynamic performance,which can not be ignored in the simulation,and it should be considered in the line design,construction and speed limit setting.The range of the environmental temperature has a significant impact on the spatial location of catenary,when the temperature difference of the service environment is very large for the catenary,it is necessary to reduce the tension length properly.Catenary icing mainly increases its sag,measures such as anti-icing and ice melting should be adopted to avoid the catenary icing.
