Along with the rapid development of economy, science and technology, the bridge technology has made rapid progress, and all kinds of bridge appeared. The extradosed cable-stayed bridge is a new type which appeared in recent thirty years and developed very quickly. In order to ensure that the structure of large span bridge is always in a safe state during the construction process, and the deformation and displacement of structure is under control, it is very necessary to carry out the construction control of long span bridges. In order to make the structure of the final linear and design state can be in good agreement, it is very important to have accurate construction control on the structure. In this paper, we studied the key construction control technology of the extradosed cable-stayed bridge based on the Ruili River Bridge. The main contents are as follows:①firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of extradosed cable-stayed bridge, the extradosed cable-stayed bridge’s status of domestic and foreign as well as the development of the bridge construction control technology.②this paper introduces the construction control of the content and the basic principle and method, and puts forward the influencing factors of control effect.③we use the structural analysis software Midas Civil 2012 to establish the model of the structure analyze the process of construction and calculate the upper and lower stress value of the key section of the bridge, such as cantilever root, 1/2 cantilever and the finished bridge state with its displacement value. According to the calculation results, the camber in various stages is given.④combining the Ruili River Bridge, analyze the structure’s response towards the parameters’ changes of beam deadweight, initial cable tension force value and pre-stressed steel beam tension values.⑤according to the results, we perform the construction control of the structure, compare the measured results and the theoretical calculation, and draw conclusion about the results of the construction control. We use dichotomy method for parameter identification and verify its feasibility.
