Marshalling station operation plan includes daily shift plan,stage plan and shunting plan.The stage plan from the day shift plan,and it regulates the shunting plan,stage plan is the core of a marshalling station operation plan.The function of stage plan is controlling the fluctuation of the vehicle flow in a certain range,the uncontrolled fluctuations in the flow of traffic will have a certain impact on the stage plan,the vehicle and stage plan restrict each other and affect each other.The research on the planning of marshalling station and the optimization of dynamic traffic flow has a great effect on improving the efficiency of station transportation.This paper studies the coupling relationship between the stage plan and the traffic flow based on the resource availability of marshalling stations,and constructs the optimization model of marshalling station stage plan and vehicle flow coupling based on the availability of resources,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the definition and connotation of resource reliability,resource reliability and availability are expounded,and the basic principle of resource availability calculation is given.The calculation formula of resource reliability and resource reliability of marshalling station is given,and the calculation method of resource availability of marshalling station is given according to the calculation principle of availability.Finally,according to the calculation process of the resource availability of the marshalling station,the calculation steps of the availability of the marshalling station resources are given.Secondly,it introduces the operation plan of the marshalling station,especially the composition and basis of the stage plan.Then,the dynamic characteristics of the railcar are analyzed from two aspects: the information error of the train flow and the delay of the station's technical operation,and the fluctuation range of the arrival information of the marshalling station and the allowable fluctuation range of the operation time are analyzed,and the allowable variation range of train delay time,break-up operation time and marshalling operation time is determined.The problem of the coupling optimization of the stage plan of marshalling station and the railcar is discussed.Select appropriate index system and file system,and gives the calculation method of station stage plan and railcar coupling.The coupling optimization model of marshalling yard is constructed,when the traffic flow exceeds the allowable range,the optimization model is established to reduce the impact on the whole operation of the station,in order to optimize operation of resources at high availability,a coupling optimization model of marshalling station stage plan and dynamic railcar is established based on resource availability.Finally,the occupying order of the resource of the throat switch group and the influencing factors of the availability are analyzed.Considering the effect of the operation sequence of the throat area,the resource availability of the turnout group in the throat area of the marshalling station is calculated.The example verification of the coupling optimization model of the marshalling station shows that the station operation plan is easily subject to the late arrival of the arrival train,train flow content change,the influence of late time and other factors,Appropriate vehicle flow allocation can improve the coupling degree between the phase plan and the railcar to a certain extent.The optimization model of marshalling station stage plan and dynamic vehicle flow optimization based on the availability of resources is verified.The example shows that based on the stage plan dynamic assignment,according to the availability of different facilities and facilities,the operation resources of stage plan should be redeployed.It can improve the availability of the overall resources of the marshalling station to a large extent,and improve the probability of the implementation of the phase plan.
